Gasthaus Krone is being run by a very friendly and helpful family, who run the place with very little external help, giving the place a real guest house feeling. Both dinner and breakfast were of excellent quality. As the village is on the top of a hill well above Feldkirch, mountain views, especially during sunrise and sunset, are awesome.

For an overnight stop on the way to Italy, Gasthaus Krone is ideal. Set in beautiful surroundings with a bar and restaurant, it is perfect. Our room was clean and functional. Great for bikers and cyclists but perhaps lacking some home comforts for oldies like us!

I just stayed for one night on my way further in Austria. A warm welcome, a comfortable and spacious room greeted me. My dinner and breakfast were both tasty, copious and well presented. The only thing missing was snow but that wasn't the fault of the owner.

As there was no air conditioning on a very hot evening, a fan in the room would be very welcome.

The welcome from the hosts Michael and Ramona was amazing. warm and friendly. they made us feel like one of the family. We had an evening meal after our long journey. The food was excellent. the local beer served up was also very nice. The views across the valley are amazing. if you go to the back of the church yard across the street, there are no buildings in front of you to obscure the views.

Great place! The food was excellent - trust the recommendations of Mihai :), who is a great host. Nice and comfortable rooms. I can only recommend anyone who is in the area to not miss this place. And the fabulous view from the room is definitely worth all the money.

It was the start of our summer holiday. After a long drive, the owner Michael welcomed us in his hotel and gave us a spacious room with a small private balcony. It had all the amenities needed, a comfortable bed, private bathroom and it was absolutely quiet. He and his wife Ramona also serve delicious freshly cooked food. As we’re in Austria, we took the Wiener Schnitzel, paired with a local beer. The next morning, Michael and Ramona served a delicious and plentiful breakfast. In short, a comfortable room, good food, a hearty breakfast, and most of all a kind and welcoming host family.

The host family was excellent at making us feel welcome. Room was spacious and super clean. The village is jus a few minutes uphill from the highway but Gasthaus Krone is worth the 5 minute drive and we will surely return next time we are in the area.

No kitchen utensils in the apartment for cooking. Few were provided on demand. Same for hair dryer. Wifi was average and often gets disconnected. Restaurant was very loud 1 night in late hours.
