It was perfect! The check in was fast! The gentleman at the check in counter was absoluteley nice and supportive! The room was clean and perfect and brand new!

I stayed in room 245. It saddens me to describe the following but it is my moral obligation to do so : When I checked in on the morning of 23rd February I noticed the kettle has dark residue which I correctly identified as instant coffee. I showed it to the cleaning lady on the same floor. She asked me for my room number and told me in German she will clean it. Two minutes later she knocked on my door and returned the same kettle she had cleaned (she even gave a thumbs up 👍). I am by nature a doubting Thomas so I rinsed the kettle before using it. When rinsing the kettle it had lots of soapy residue! I know cleaning ladies have a hard job with little rewards but I draw a red line when it comes to health and safety (if they have not even basic common sense they are in the wrong job). I fear she used an antibacterial spray and a paper tissue and didn't rinse the kettle at all which boggles the mind. The window has blinds that can be manipulated slightly but not removed so the feeling of spaciousness is compromised. The breakfast was below my expectations. It had fresh scrambled eggs, brie cheese and bread which were good but everything else was uninspiring and bland (bring your own spices as I do. They only have black pepper). Coffee comes out of the dreaded coffee machines German pensioners are fond of.

The main thing that I didn’t like were the beddings. Even though the bed was made of a really good quality undoubtedly, the begging were all made of synthetic material and we were both sweating as hell during the night. I assume they used synthetic beddings to try and prevent the mattresses and pillows but we had really bad sleeps. We were sweating as being sick. I appreciate it’s a new hotel and they still try to see what works out and what not, but this is a very important thing they need to change first because having a good sleep is the key priority. Obv the location is in an industrial area which means that nothing is around the hotel in walking distance. The safe was not working yet

The property was really nice! We’ve been told that the hotel was only 3 months old so everything was looking new, clean and maintained. The staff was really nice and friendly, especially the women in the breakfast. We were always going for breakfast quite late and before putting everything back they were asking us if there is anything else we would like to eat. They were also happy to make us something fresh if we wanted. The people in the reception were happy to help us with everything, they even gave to my partner a key from a different reception room because he wanted to practise on his musical instrument. Parking was free outside the hotel, so that was convenient too. The cleaners were also trying to accommodate our needs.

Restaurant not open yet to had to travel for food (didn't affect breakfast). Limited bar facilities. Issue with flashing night lights (had to tape over them as I couldn't turn them off) reported to staff. Need more parking spaces.

Rooms were all brand new, very clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Kid-size beds - short and narrow (for people shorter than 155, I guess) No so pets friendly (receptionist surprised I have pets, 15 euro per pet per night) - you get to know only when arrived to the location From the window you may observe hill with trash on it Room is tiny, but staffed with furniture so really hard to move and feels like a closet No spoons, no toothpaste, really cheap shower gel, so need to use double body cream after
