Beautiful view from the room! Easy check-in (can enter the room with code after check-in hours). Wonderful breakfast served in the room, and wonderful service. The staff asked when we'd like our breakfast to be served and how we'd like our eggs be done before serving it. Exceptional experience :D

An incredible room! View is gorgeous and the room is clean and updated. Friendly and attentive staff. The pub/restaurant next door is an added bonus. It’s also flat on ground level, which is another bonus for people who don’t want to climb to their room every time. 10/10 would stay again!

The view from the room was amazing just like in the photos right on the lake. It was in a central location on the main tourist street but it was nice and quiet in the rooms a real oasis. Very nice and spacious room with good design (desperate toilet from shower ). The breakfast was amazing! (Thank you Mike). It was my birthday and they provided something to help me celebrate (thank you Phillip). A lovely place to stay in Halstatt with no stairs. Highly recommend this B&B

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was fantastic, very close to the town entrance so you do not need to walk far with luggage. There is a shuttle service from the parking lot, but we just missed it and did not want to wait for 30 mins, so decided to walk to the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. View from windows was great - overlooking the lake, we even got the opportunity to feed swans and ducks :) Breakfast is served to the room and it was good.

The location was stunning, at the entrance to the village so away from the majority of the hustle and bustle. The view of the lake and hills opposite from the room was unobstructed and breathtaking. Breakfast was served in our room and was a delight to see. A wide choice of cheeses, meats, breads and spreads were served with added choice for egg dishes on request.

The Polreich in Hallstatt is a magical little place. The rooms are beautifully designed with unparalleled views of the lake. The breakfast, delivered to the room, was lovely and had lots of options. Although Hallstatt can be busy in the summer, the rooms at the Polreich were very quiet at night. The air conditioning system may not be needed, but it was quite hot when we were there and the system worked very well. This is definitely a place for couples and adult solo travelers, not families. It's an easy walk from the Hallstatt parking lots to the Polreich - less than 5 minutes - and then another 5 minutes to get from the Polreich to the center of Hallstatt village. We loved it and will recommend to our friends.

We liked every single thing!

Everything was absolutely great! We enjoyed our staying from the very first moment till the last one! Excellent view, the room had all the amenities and last but not least, the hosts were fabulous! I couldn't have chosen a better place for our honeymoon! I also had a request for this particular reason and I am so thankful that the host fulfilled it, so lovely!!!
