The bathroom smelled

I was in shock about how filthy the room was - there were hair, crumbs in the bedsheet, towels were covered in hair the same the floor. For the price I would at least expected the bed to be clean. Another thing was the bathroom - cold, and most importantly without a toilet paper!

The location was really good.

It was extremely dirty, bugs crawling on the walls, and in a very bad neighborhood, we didn’t feel safe at all. The host is extremely rude and will not answer the phone nor massages. They lie about there being internet. The toilets smells of old pee, dust and dirty floors, sheets and towels. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and definitely don’t understand why booking is advertising for such a filthy place!!

This hotel is a scam! They provide a room and shared spaces way worse than the description and images, even worse than the reviews. Thats why I am writing to let you know what you will face in reality. I had the worst experience at this hotel! The room was filthy when we arrived - there were hair and dust all over, and I even found blood stains on the towels! The bathroom was a disaster too, nothing like they promised in their listing. The sink for washing hands was dripping and dirty water spilled all over . I was so frustrated that we ended up having to book another hotel that same night just to get out of there. It was disgusting! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. And to top it off, when I asked Booking.com for a refund, they did absolutely nothing to help, even though they claim to check these places before they list them. so at the end of the day you will face with a place that you can NOT stay for an hour and you have to leave without a chance to get your money back. Thats why its a scam.

The room had dust on the floor, the bed linen was stained, the room is very small, only one bed and a hanger and does not match the photos with large closets. The refrigerator didn’t work in the kitchen, there was no dining table, you had to eat either standing or in the room, there was only one mirror for the whole hostel, you couldn’t get yourself in order in your room, you had to go into the corridor. When you cook, you don’t have anything to stir the food in a frying pan with, there are no towels or napkins. The road is very superficial; there was rubbish all the time. In the shower there was also dust and water flowing out into the corridor.

Walls are kind of thin - can’t hear from the outside buy you can hear noise from the other rooms.

Easy access and close to the stations, comfortable beds and generally an ok and clean space. Great price for Vienna.

The pillow smells like body odor of the person who rented it before us. Smell of cigarette smoke inside the room probably because of the finished cigarette thrown away near the heater. Wifi not working.

The bathroom with toilet is spacious and they have good warm water. The lady staff was nice. She appropriately approached us upon check out. She doesn't speak English but she had someone to call that can speak English so we understood each other. Bed is comfy, there is wardobe, sofa chair, heating is good. They have free towel

the internet was not working, we were told that they would fix it, but they didn't the room is dirty, cold, only one terry cloth not once did they meet us to help us…
