We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Always stay here when traveling from Italy to Czechia/Poland and/or back. Very convenient and the best price in the region. Parking, Wi-Fi, comfortable bed - all good.

UkraineStill no cups for coffee/tea and no soap in the bathroom, the room is in the basement so it's a bit dark during the day, but not annoyingly.
Second time staying here - no complaints given the price. I think it's the best value for money. Good WiFi, good parking on the street, self-check-in, markets and restaurants nearby, quiet location and room. The refrigerator worked this time.

UkraineThe kettle is there, but no cups. The fridge looked nice, but we couldn't figure out how to turn it on, it doesn't seem like it was working. Also, there was no soap whatsoever in the bathroom. Enough towels though. And we were struggling to find a normal restaurant nearby.
Superb value for such money. Easy self-check-in, clear and easy-to-follow instructions everywhere, parking outside the property nearby, comfy bed, excellent wi-fi speed, and plenty of markets within walking distance.

UkraineThe sound isolation is so poor that we heard the voice from above at night. The host should be as attentive to the guests as he asks them to be to his place, because at 6 in the morning he and his friend were loudly speaking and laughing out at all voice in the corridor, which woke us up we were frustrated to see lots of rubbish in a drawer of the bed table and some spider net considering the price also, some tea/coffee could be provided for free, not at an additional cost, as well as shampoo/soap, which are unavailable at all towels are really worn out already, it’s time to change them

HungaryThe accommodation is in the basement, there is practically no ventilation. The towel does not dry between two uses. If someone uses the entire accommodation, then great. If not, you have to put up with the noise from the neighbors in the shared kitchen. Unfortunately, my neighbors were inattentive and loud, I couldn't rest without earplugs. An outdoor clothes drying rack would be a great help for wet towels and hiking clothes. The light and fan that are constantly switched on by the motion sensor are particularly disturbing at night.
Apart from a few small conveniences, the accommodation has everything you need. The owner is helpful and tries to fix everything. Communication was smooth and fast.
