The staff was excellent and very attentive. I enjoyed having a night cap after we got off the tram from our night visits to the city. Great local beer on tap. This hotel could not be better situated.

The only bad thingh was the sun light (very few) that went trough the window also with curtains. This could be improved.

I liked the position near the central station, very confortable to leave the lugagges after the travel. Also the hotel is far away of less than 20 minutes from the center with the public transport. All the area near the hotel is brand new. The staff was very kinder and allowed us to leave our luggage the last day also after the check-out. The room was big enough with a big and confortable bed. All the hotel is very fashion with this new layout, full of colours and illussion games. I really quote this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights, comfy and convenient to get around. Walking distance to Belvedere Palace if you feel like. Lights on the hotel floors automatically switched on by motion sensor, super energy saving.

The location of the hotel was excellent, 2 minutes walk from the tram going to the center, the train station 5 minutes walk and the underground 8 minutes walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Big and clean room.

Hotel situated very closely to the Train Station and also 10 minutes on foot from Belveder. Despite its location it was very quiet in the apartament and perfect for resting after long day of sightseeing :) The room was very clean and contained all the conveniences mentioned in the description. I would choose it also for the next stay.

Nothing critical but, there were no cups or glasses in the room. I picked up one on the reception. Also, it would be great to receive information about breakfast during check in.

Easy checkin, helpful staff, nicely decorated room. We appreciated that there was no noise coming from the train station and the fact that it's close to public transportation. Check-out was even easier. Also, parking is available at €19/day.

There was no refrigerator but it is a sustainable hotel so that is understandable

The room was spacious and clean. The double bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. This hotel was very nice and I couldn’t complain. The hotel is only 7minutes walk away from the central train station

Maybe I would have liked that someone from reception asked me if I wanted breakfast for the next morning, maybe I would have said yes.

What I liked most in this hotel is that it very close to the train station. I also liked the cleanliness of the room, its size and also the nice shower.
