A very nice hotel, in a special small town. Everything is brand new, the apartments are equipped down to the smallest detail. Luxury, high quality, very comfortable beds, kitchen. large and very high standard bath + shower. With a perfect swimming pool!!!!

Breakfast is great if you are staying for a few days but we booked a room with breakfast included for more than a week and it got very boring in the end because it had the same offering every day with no variety in the cold cuts, cheese, bacon and eggs, etc. (except for some of the sweet pastries). The daily room service is not always consistent, but the receptionists are very helpful with all requests if something was missed. When the resort was fully booked there were not enough ski boot driers in the ski room. We very much missed a small fridge in the room.

The location is perfect. The Hochjoch gondola station is only a very short walk from the building and the bust stop is also right in front of the building. We tried some of the smaller resorts nearby and also went snowshoeing, so taking the bus was convenient. The resort is new and the rooms are modern and clean. The place was quiet and the grocery stores and restaurants were very close. The wellness area is also nice and clean, the heated outdoor pool is a plus. The wellness is relatively small but it rarely felt crowded despite that we booked in high season. The reception staff was extremely nice and helpful and accommodated all our requests.

We spent a wonderfull week in this 3 bedrooms apartment. the place was huge with all you need to have . the kichen was fully eqt with everything and the view was amazing. they have a small pool and saunas which are great

The receptionist was not very helpful. The reception is closed between 12 and 15h so there is no one if you have a question or an emergency. I would expect a hotel to have someone at the reception at least the entire day. It is very inconvenient. There is no safe place to leave your luggage when you arrive early. Check out at 10 is a bit too early especially because breakfast is also just until 10. The bathroom has very bad lighting for putting make up on and not a lot of space for your toiletries.

We stayed in Apt 12 which was beautiful and big. The kitchen is fully equipped and it was very quiet.

- swimming pool is a bit small - breakfast is expensive, cheaper to shop in a. super market close to the appartment and do it by yourself (appartment is full equiped)

- very nice located, u can walk in 5 min by foot to the „city center“ - mini golf court close to the hotel - parking garage and free parking space, enough places - very, very good equiped appartment with roof terrace (we‘ve had a roof top appartment) - very nice staff - swimming pool at the location
