Very good location. Metro station is in front of the hotel. If you prefer walk to Stephanplatz, it takes only 20 min. Room are comfortable. Good selection for breakfast and great coffee.

It's so conveniently located right next to the U bahn train station! The room had everything we needed, even a separate hair conditioner (modt hotels give u conditioning shampoo). The bed, pillow all were great. Slept so well each night. And the breakfast spread was amazing! Oh, the river view outside was gorgeous! Very happy I picked this hotel for my stay in Vienna.

A year ago, I stayed at the Radisson Red Hotel in Oslo for the first time, so there was no question about what accommodation to book for my fourth visit to Vienna. Usually 4-star Viennese hotels are boring, with grandfatherly furniture and ugly carpets, but, thankfully, you won't find that at the Radisson Red. The room was spacious, stylish and softly lit. I liked that there was an ironing board and iron in the room and I didn't have to call maid to get them. The complimentary toiletries smelled nice and I was glad to have a box of tissues in the bathroom since I don't like using face towels. The hairdryer was modern, powerful, and wasn't glued to the wall, which was nice. The free water bottles were very helpful since I didn't have time to go to the grocery store to buy them. The bed was especially comfortable because it wasn't too soft and supported my spine perfectly. The duvet was fluffy and quite wide for one person, the pillows were low and comfortable for someone with ongoing neck problems. I really liked the complete blackout at night. Check-in was very fast, as was check-out, there was no need to interact with hotel staff, everything was automated. The hotel is not so far (a 10 minute walk) from a nearest tram stop and the access to subway is literally just outside the hotel entrance. I didn't try the breakfast, so no comment on that. I would say this is an ideal option for people who like style with subtlety, efficiency, privacy and thoughtful design.

The room could’ve been cleaned a little better, sometimes it was as though the bed was just made. Also, the shower door could be a bit better, it’s short so and doesn’t pull across so water naturally goes everywhere.

The bed was comfy, room spacious, lobby restaurant was nice, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Oh and the gym was open 24/7.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Red in Vienna a lot - the hotel is just next to a metro station which gives a super easy access to all the main sights in the city, no matter if you want to go to Schonbrunn, Belvedere or to the inner city. The staff is amazing - they are all friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast was also excellent and the views from the rooftop bar are awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel its beautiful, new, modern. The rooms are super cozy, the bed and pillows really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and very complete. Rachel who works there was supper nice, like all the staff, also the people from the front desk who welcomed us.
