Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very nice apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds and very clean and functional bathrooms. The building has a very nice sauna that you can use throughout the day and till 10pm. The check in was very easy and convenient since there was a sort of locked letter box where you could get the keys. The owners of the apartment and the building were nice and very helpful. We booked the apartment in the beginning of March since we wanted to ski. The apartment is 20 mins away by car from Serfaus. You can park for free right outside Serfaus and to take the train/shuttle to go to the ski area. Overall, from the apartment to the slopes in Serfaus, you shall consider around 45 mins.

NetherlandsThe ski bus to FIS only goes on 8:45, 9:45 and 10:45 (and similarly only 3 return slots at the end of the day). Parking at the main gondola where the ski Schule is, is hard (you need to be there very early to have a spot). Easier at the Waldbahn.
Spacious and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need is right around the corner (except obviously the ski lift)

United KingdomLocation - driving up the hill every morning for about 10 min was strange at first but then we got used to it and it was absolutely fine. I cant complain about this because price was exceptional For our huge family of 11 ppl
That was exceptional stay for family meeting, big and clean rooms, kids and grown ups with adults could hang out in the play area for hours on the ground floor. Lots of toys, slides, climbing frames and table tennis. Very nice Sauna hot and adjustable. Food store just below the apartments. Ski shop behind the house. Rooms look better in real life then on the pictures :)
