Despite there is a metro nearby and you can get to the centre quite quickly, I didn't like surrounding area near the hotel - it's quite depressive and grey, totally unpleasant. Also, it was strange that there aren't slippers in a room in a 4-star hotel. In such category of the hotel I always had a gown and slippers. It was quite expensive staying without a breakfast included. And you had to pay extra 22 euro for breakfast... For my opinion, it's absolutely inadequate sum for breakfast.. The worst thing we met, it's a personal of the hotel. I didn't mean the reception - they were very friendly and welcoming, but I mean a man who cleaned the rooms! We wanted to sleep well and rest, but he started knocking at our door too early and then he opened it after our silence! For the first time when he opened our room and woke us up I asked him what was going on... and he went away. We tried to sleep again but later he started knocking at the door again and opened our room again, so we were woken up again! It was irritating and awful.. I had to stand up, went out of my room and tell him everything I thought about this disgusting behaviour! That "event" spoiled all our staying at the hotel and I will never back here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I liked the room, it's clean and cozy with a comfortable bed, temperature settings, a bath tube where I could relax, electric kettle with tea and coffee.

Restaurant service was horrible. Not enough stuff-cooks to serve you on time if hotel is full.

Good breakfast and easy access to anywhere we wanted via the nearby train station. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. In general its a good hotel for the price we paid during high-season if you want to avoid paying extra money to be downtown.

The EV charging station used to be included in the parking price. It's not anymore, which is ok, but the price is too high (there is a fixed 25 euro price).

I did not like the breakfast buffet. I did not like the variety of choices in the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t really delicious. For the price I paid for the room and breakfast and I feel like it was underdelivered.

The neighborhood is not the best one to stay in. It's a bit far from the center and didn't feel like a safe area. Also, sadly we had a graveyard view right in front of the hotel.

The room was very spacious and clean. It's a good hotel for a short stay; the staff was lovely and friendly, answered all our questions about the city, and the hotel overall was calm.

After spending a year in Asia, I'd welcome bidet hose instead of toilet paper.

Check-in was flawless and they were able to accommodate our very early check-in at 0800, which i am very grateful for bcs we were after 16h flight. Room was nice and clean and comfy. Hotel is next to the Sbahn station so we had access to the whole city without walking too far. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Kettle and mini fridge in the room so you can cool some beverage or sandwiches or fruits etc...

The staff never refilled the tea and coffee for 3 people until we mentioned that(they fixed it immediately).

Really nice staff. Room was comfortable. There is supermarket near the hotel. Location is quiet, it is not really near to the center, but you can catch a but or walk if you are not kind a lazy person.

The double bed in our room were just two single beds pushed together, so the bed tends to split a lot, which is not very comfortable. Also there was no TV remote in our room, the only remote you can control the TV with is the room tablet, which is not ideal when the internet outage happens.

Bus stop and a train station very close to the hotel, Penny Market and various fast foods also nearby. The hotel room itself was clean, and it had everything we needed for our short stay. The room tablet was very useful, you can always check the current restaurant, breakfast or bar menu, as well as other information regarding the hotel. There was also an ethernet plug in the room. The beds itself were comfortable.
