Residenz am Tabor provides a convenient accommodation option in Vienna. The residence is easily reachable from the main train station and Stephansplatz via public transportation, making it an excellent base for exploring the city and its surroundings. The complex features numerous apartments with a straightforward self-check-in system, either through a code provided by the structure or a chip once the apartment is occupied. The apartment was designed to be cozy and welcoming. It was equipped with a floor heating system and predominantly wooden interiors that combine modern elements with traditional Austrian aesthetics. The unit included a large bathroom, a living room with a television offering Netflix, Prime, YouTube, standard Austrian channels, and a bedroom. The living room also contains an induction kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave, along with all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. Complimentary coffee and tea are available. The environment is quiet, and the neighbours are characteristic of the local area, with fewer tourists and more authentic local residents. This makes for a peaceful and genuine Viennese experience.

Really impressed. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, even thought a little short for me (187cm). The bathroom was big. Great location, just 1 minute away from the tram and the bakey, market.

We would have appreciated having wine glasses at our disposal (only 2 water glasses were provided and 3 mugs). I also think the apartment would hugely benefit from adding a simple sofa or 2 armchairs - otherwise it is difficult to chill or watch TV.

Refurbished building, location 10 mins by tram from Center (however 2.6EUR p.p. per one way ticket unless you get a day card). Spacious rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed and hot water in the shower immediately after start - very much appreciated given the cold weather! Staff were super responsive - as we could not get the nespresso machine going with the capsules we found in the drawer the 1st day, they came over and provided us with a couple of correct spares - the coffee on day 2 was delicious and made our day!

Really nice and cosy apartment! It had everything you would need for a few days stay. The city centre is also pretty close (about half and hour on foot) with public transport stations down the street. The host is really kind and will give you all the info regarding checking in and out. The only thing I would suggest to add to the apartment is a vacuum cleaner, otherwise everything was great!

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The host let us do an early check-in which was great. The location is perfect just minutes from the Tram which in couple minutes sends you to the center. And the room was so classy and elegant and clean. When in Vienna I will always stay here from now on.

Poor communication. Almost all messages, after booking and payment, were unanswered. We were left to figure things out by ourselves - (1) incomplete instructions on how to open the door - we were messaged that the key will be on the door. We were not told that it is an electronic lock and how to use it. That is why my husband had to look for the admin. Good thing the resto in the building helped us and called the administrator. I personally called the admin but he was not answering. We waited around 30 minutes to be able to go in the apartment. Poor communication. We had to figure out ourselves the included amenities - laundry, wifi - of the apartment as he was either not replying to our messages or late in replying, even replying after we have checked out. What makes it worse is that you can see the SEEN note on my messages. It would have been BEST If we were told that there is a clearbook folder of all the instructions to our queries and recommendations on transportation, food etc. We found the folder on the 2nd night of our stay, inside one of the desk drawers.

We loved everything!

This apartment is so big and spacious. Perfect for a multiple night stay. It has a really big bathroom and kitchenette for cooking. Having the seperate bedroom was great too. We loved all the windows throughout that opened out to a lovely view of the inner courtyard. Ut let lots of fresh air through the apartment and felt very alfresco

Great location, near tram station. Place was clean and quite big from what i expected. Initially towels were unavailable but one quick call and owner was there after a few minutes to give the towels. Really happy with our stay. Would recommend nearby restaurant Zov Homolja, great value!

The location is perfect, close to the city on walking but also close to other areas, very convenient for a longer stay (you feel like home), also good outdoors area.
