Location is perfect. Close to bus and subway. Shop just round the corner. It was very clean, and everything was working perfectly fine. Owner very friendly. Very nice place which I can recommend to others.

This is a really nice 'aparthotel' in a pleasant area of Vienna - ideal for self-catering business travellers going to events in the Austria Centre - a very short walk away. Clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, absolutely silent at night (our rooms looked over the courtyard, but the area is very quiet). Changing plans to have a colleague stay with me and have the sofa-bed made up were handled easily. Bed and sofa-bed comfortable and all bedding very nice. Good shower. Highly Recommended!!

There were four of us so it was a little cluttered - but it’s not the apartments fault, we knew the deal before coming

It is a comfortable apartment for 2+1 or 2+2. It has all the amenities and is located 10 minutes from the metro station (and a church which was important for me). The hosts were really helpful. Very early in the morning there was a problem with opening the garage (electricity I guess) and the owner took the call and came without a problem to help us. There are some restaurants nearby, especially the native Austrian one I can recommend. For a longer stay, I would recommend for two people. For one or two nights, up to four people

There wasn’t reception desk and 24 hour check in. Our flight was early in the morning and we were allowed to check-in by exception. Also There wasnt any place to leave our luggage so we could walk several hours until the specified check in hour…

The hosts were super friendly. We had a problem with the microwave and they came in an hour although it was new year's eve and they were out of city. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We will definitely choose the same place next time we'll visit Vienna.

All of the amenities in the apartment, clean bathroom and some toiletries, spacious wardrobe, the living room is also good specially the tv , the kitchen also has complete equipment from the dishwasher , table top induction , complete utensils, coffee machine , electric kettle and it comes with an automatic washing machine. It is just the apartment is a little bit far from the tourist spot but there is a nearby subway and bus station.

Everything was great, we came late, mrs. Regina wrote detailed instructions so we didn’t have any problems entering the hotel. Room was clean, with perfect backyard and pool :). Perfect!

The apartment is a short 10 walk from the local Kaisermuhlen U-bahn (underground) station. Convenient for the Vienna conference centre VIC and UN. The area is nice and quiet and has local shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is accessed by a key box (if arriving late). Clean, tidy and comfortable is the first impressions of the apartment, then as you explore you find that it is so well equipped. Great comfy bed, good size bathroom with large walk-in shower. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom. We had a little trouble with the A/C, but a quick call to the staff it was soon sorted. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The apartment overlooked the garden and pool, which residents have access to. Good place for morning coffee or evening drinks and relaxing. The staff are really great and friendly and the apartment is cleaned every day during the week. If your sightseeing the U-bahn is so easy to use and gets you to all the great sights in Vienna. We had a great stay and would recommend to friends and family. I would like to thank the owner and one of the residents for their help on the evening we arrived.

Nothing to comment. Everything run smoothly

The room facilities was more than expected, modern and operational. The location is perfect. 10-15min walk to the airport bus lines, to the metro station. Walking by the river in fresh nature. Everything are perfectly organized by the owners. There was cleaning everyday without to ask for it. Large lift. Washing machine for dishes and clothes inside the room, kitchen,oven, even microwave oven and espresso cups machine. Supermarket on the corner. Large yard to dry clothes if in case.
