The bed was too soft, as well as the pillows. It's very enjoyable not to be cold in a hotel room, however in my room the temperature was too high and no possibility to regulate the heating system. I opened the window, but then I woke up a few times early in the morning (due to the outside light). Just a little digression, nothing to do with the hotel: the town of Seewalchen am Attersee during off-season is pretty quiet. Do not expect big/hectic events, but for relaxing, it's suitable.

The staff was friendly, and the establishment is very well decorated and clean. My bedroom was very neat and the finish was present. Enough space in the room and I also appreciated to have the WC being separated from the bathroom. I felt comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet (salty + sweet) with quality food. A free private parking is available, which is good plus.

Price is relevantly high. We didn't ordered breakfast first day but it was included, since I just got some hot water for tea. Later that was fixed, but better order breakfast from beginning or have it somewhere else. Price 18€ is quite high for the choice.

Hotel have great location, view on the Attersee from terrace and you can walk to the lake in 5 minutes. Free parking. Room is clean and comfortable.

We arrived at 12 noon and were kicked out by the receptionist who told us that check in is at 3pm. They did not offer to offload the car and store the luggages or anything, simply kicked us out while we had a baby. Additionally, they made us pay extra 25€ for the baby coat, while we booked for 2 adults and a baby, where is the baby supposed to sleep? Unacceptable. The price point is quite high, while the location and view is amazing, the quality of the room and bedding is not of that level (extremely bad pillows, minibar made of few crisp laying on a table).

Amazing location, beautiful lake view. Friendly service in general and helpful (they prepared us a takeaway dinner so we could enjoy it at the lake). Good breakfast.

No coffee maker .. the hotel located on the hill so people who has difficulty or disable will have some problems in getting up the hotel.

It took ages for the hot water to come out of the shower/whirlpool, the cleaning service never added soap or shampoo even it has finished the first day. We could not find any open restaurant on Friday, even tho we got list of "open" restaurants, but most of them were closed (only 1 was open actually and it was small pizzeria).

The whirlpool was very useful as it was raining most of the time, the bed was large (a bit stiff), room was big, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. It was dog friendly place so I can forget all about the minuses :)

the property is an old one, the showers could be changed, the tv remote did not work properly, it’s a pity that the attention to details is not quite big; also, we paid the same amount of money for a double room, as for an executive one, the difference was big.

Check-in only till 21:00, so keep this in mind when you plan your travels. Late check-out not really negotiable. Both points are somehow below normal expectations from a 4-star hotel. There was a real spider farm active on my balcony every night. The spookiest experience of all of my hotel stays :) Don't know whether it's regional or has something to do with the building or the season but a dozen of rather big spiders hanging on your terrace somehow prevents you from enjoying the view :) Thus, if you are not a spider watcher, no sense to pay extra for the room with a balcony as you'll not really enjoy it :) I chose this hotel inter alia because of its famous restaurant only to learn upon my arrival that it's going to be closed for the coming weekend. A bit of disappointment, frankly speaking, especially since there are very few places in town to dine out and they stop serving food ridiculously early.

Spacious clean room, nice furniture, soft pillows, fantastic location and views of the lake. There is a beautiful lake swimming place almost in front of the hotel, a bit down the road, next to Villa Paulick. And when you swim in crystal clear turquoise lake, you can enjoy the view of famous Villa Paulick from the water :) Charming :)

The only thing we didn't like was two completely different mattresses forming a double bed where one or them was very soft and highly used.
