How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

If I give a 10 for staying. With this, the question is answered.
What I liked is the uncomplicated relation to the guests. The food in the restaurant ( we stayed only a night ) is very tasteful and portional large. The room accomodation only to describe with the word phenomenal. Value for money -Surely-. Keep the standard as it is. Congratulations

There was nothing that we did not like. We were travelling by private car but we did notice taxi and minibus service with groups. Not sure how easy it would be to get there using public transport.
The layout of this hotel was very good. It had a kind of motel feeling. The restaurant was separate from the rooms area. There were covered areas outside with tables and chairs for inclement weather as well as a roof sunning area with sun loungers. This location is suitable for groups of people and the food was good and plentiful.

I liked the hospitality and the location. The food was fresh and very good. The room was perfect and the staff was helpful. We only spent one night there, as we were in transit, but we rested perfectly after a long trip and before continuing on our way.

The location is perfect, close to highway and very quiet at the same time. The host is very kind and helpful. Rooms and beds are very comfortable, spacious, enjoyable surroyndins views. Breakfast was very big and good, paper bags for takeaway provided as well. Absolutely stunning place!!!

Room did not look very clean - lots of dust. Strange that toilet is separate from bathroom and has no sink. No washing hands after using toilet?
Very friendly service, spacious room, big shower, plenty of hot water, good Wi-Fi, huge smart TV (Netflix), tasty dinner in the restaurant rich and tasty breakfast. Felt very welcomed. Would recommend as a stop-over if travelling nearby.

I really liked everything.
Amazing breakfast, they bring the whole buffet to you on the table, they serve coffee, tea, eggs and more! Really good room quality, comfortable bed, brand new furniture and floor, beautiful bathroom! The boss and the staff don't wear company uniform and are rather casual, but service is highest standard.

I stayed just one night. Everything was great. Room was ready, clean, bed smelled from freshly washed sheets, check-in was quick and communication with stuff perfect. Highly recommanded.

Unfortunately our apartment didn’t have blinds on the outside so the sun was already shining through the curtains early
Nice hotel for a 1 night stop on our way to Croatia . Friendly owner and good food . And a HUGE breakfast .

The room was inconveniently laid out. The crystal modern chandelier and spotlights over the bed were so bright that I turned them off to avoid being blinded. There was no desk or place to work. Curtains had to be kept closed for privacy because the room was right next to a passageway. Breakfast (not included) was overpriced at 12,50 Euro and included a banana so green it couldn't be peeled.
The room was sparkling clean. The room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The room I got was an upgrade.

Property not finished, construction debris. Location middle of nowhere. nothing nearby. No garden or relaxing place that I could see.
