I got a heavy food poisoning during my stay but I doubt this was relevant to the hotel. Everything else was great.

The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room, great kitchen, easy access and parking and great bathroom and cleanliness. The staff was amazing. I fell quite sick during my stay and they were super helpful with everything including bringing special food to the room for remedy. The SPA area is amazing!

Hotel for good price in the center, perfect sauna included in price. One minus is that in front of the hotel is a church. Around 6:45 is ringing😁 but maybe good time for breakfast at 7:30

I did not like the service provided by booking.com. I looked for accomodation for family of 5 and booking made us book two separate rooms. On arrival it turned out that the first room is an appartment with two bedrooms of two and three beds which is all we needed. We ended up staying all of us together in the appartment because the other room was in a building 200m away. So we had to pay extra for something we did not need. I sent an email to booking.com at they did not bother to respond (it has been almost two weeks now).

The room overlooks the church, where even with the window closed you can still hear the bells ringing at 6am and 10pm. It was very hot in the room and the window had to be kept closed because of the bells. The kitchen closes at 7 pm.

It is in the centre of the city. The bed is big and comfortable, it was nice to sleep in. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

We have stayed there before and would be happy to do so again. The only slight reservation concerns the evening menu, which (typically for the area) does not cater paarticularly well to vegetarians.

The breakfast was excellent and the facilities are extremely good. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet. The real plus, though, is the location: ideal for a visit to the Grossglockner and for the interesting parts of the National Park. The "guest card" gives free entry to a number of attractions in the area. Highly recommended.

The bell from the church directly in front of the hotel makes sleeping after 7 AM a pain; also the lack of proper drapes doesn't help. We asked for a quiet room when booking, but we got this one. Make sure to request a room on the other side of the hotel.

We were quite disappointed about the quality and facilities in the room for the price. To not be vague, we payed around 160 EUR per night and we visited as a couple. We got a room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, so in total 4 sleeping places, each place had 2 towels. So we had 8 towels, but room had only 1 cup. We took 2 cups after breakfast, and cleaning took them away and left us again with 1 cup. No cattle or anything to warm yourself a warm tea or coffee, which is really strange as it's in mountains and during winter it would be only logically to drink something warm. Heating in the room was very exhausting as it turned itself on during the night, so around 5 am you would wake up all dried and open windows to have some fresh air, but we could not turn on heating during the day.

- Hotel has a good sauna complex, though you have to be ready that there is no schedule of visit, so you'll be there with a bunch of people and sometimes wait for a one of sauna rooms to get free. - Good breakfasts and restaurant, we enjoyed few dinners there with a tasty food and good portions

The hotel is right next to the church and the clock rings and wakes you up at 6.40 in the morning, every morning. And it keeps ringing all day. Also the curtains let the sun in badly. So the noise along with the light make it impossible to get a good night sleep there. Photo is taken right from our room balcony, you can see both the annoying church clock and the great view.

The mountain view is absolutely spectacular. Breakfast was good. Parking was so and so. If there are too many guests you may not have a place to park. Bathroom looks great, seems recently renovated.

The elevator did not reach the floor we were in, which meant having to carry the luggage up a steep flight of stairs.
