We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe safe in the room was out of order, so I didn't use it and I just informed the desk when I checked out. The water in shower was only tepid on the last morning of my stay.
The breakfast was excellent, well presented and freshly prepared. Very good coffee. The hotel is in a fantastic location for easy walking access to all parts of the centre of the town centre. Nice and clean hotel.

Soft sheets, never notice my sheets but these were very nice! Very decent brekkie. Big room. And very easy lightning. No need to step out of bed. Looks also like a nice little town to have an evening stroll. Parking spots after 6PM easier to find.

What made this such an excellent stay was the communication from the staff in the build up, especially Sussanna and Fritz, because I wanted a very late check in and of course there were Covid-19 protocols to navigate. But I was thoroughly reassured before my trip. I highly recommend.
