Maybe that it was a bit far from the center but it is not necessarily something I didn't like because we could see other parts of the city while traveling on the tram :) There were knifes and forks in the kitchen but we couldn't find any plates, so maybe that's the only thing I'd like to add for the next time :)

Loved the style of the room, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was great, the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch which connected to the bathroom mirror of you were in there. Nice little balcony and cute area to sit. Although not in the city centre, it has great transport links, so very easy to get around. We got such a reasonable price and really enjoyed our stay. Our room didn’t have breakfast included (I don’t think it did anyway!) so I couldn’t tell you what breakfast was like.

There was no AC in our room (not that it was advertised as having one), but this is totally fine considering there is a balcony and you could get fresh air from outside. Problem was that next door we had an immense chain smoker, who was lighting cigarettes one after the other and all of that horrible cigarette stench went directly in our room. If we wanted to not breathe it, we had to have our balcony door closed at all time and it got quite stuffy in the room.

The property is located very close to St. Marx station, so it’s very easy to get there from the airport (just take direct train S7 and from then it’s within walking distance.) It’s very close to public transport and within 30 minutes of Landstraße, which is perfect if you want to have a nice walk. The hotel is all about Rio, nature and perseverance of it. The vibe is amazing - it’s hip and modern, but also very comfortable. There is a free coffee and water for all guests in the lobby, regardless if you have breakfast included in your stay or not. The staff is very friendly, eager to support! You could do self check-in if you are to arrive later, self check out is also very easy (there is a box to drop off your card). The room is very spacious and it has all the necessities. Bed is comfortable, there is a huge fridge and microwave, a table to sit and eat dinner and flat, smart TV to relax at the end of the day. A gaming room is positioned on the third floor and a bar is right next to the hotel - drink the Brazilian cocktail for sure (I’ll butcher the name, so I won’t even bother spelling it.) Overall, we had a wonderful stay. One thing to note is that the rooms are cleaned every 3 days unless specifically requested otherwise. I have no problem with not having towels changed, etc. but the room got really dusty on the second day, so this was on me to clean.

The only problem was that they had like central heating. So sometimes it was too hot and sometimes it was too cold. And also what we didn't like was that they had separate covers.

The property had a great location. It was in between the airport and the city center. And there were a lot of trams and buses and a lot of public transportation that could connect you with any part of the city. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was extra nice. And they also printed our boarding ticket flight and helped us with the bags because we have to leave at the p.m. And they kept our bag all day. We really appreciate that.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Check in and check out is very easy. There are different tram stops and train stop 5 mins walk near the hotel which is very convenient. It is a 20 min ride to the city centre. Breakfast is good, they are constantly refilling food and there is also coffee at the reception. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a tiny kitchen which is convenient. I liked the whole Brazilian vibe which ads to the unique branding of the hotel. We could leave there our luggage after check out, which was very helpful. Awesome stay. Definitely would come back. Keep up the good work.

Two things that upset me was that there were no hotel slippers and that I could not find where to turn on the light around the bed

I was there in March with my friend, it's really difficult to describe something specifically, since we liked everything, especially the atmosphere of Brazil. The room was clean and had all the necessary equipment for living. I liked the hotel's cleaning policy, because cleaning is done every three days to save water. The staff is very nice and friendly, checked in when Francisco was on shift, he kindly helped with registration, because I made a mistake when registering.

It was a great stay! - the staff is the best - super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating (I was in a predicament due to staying at a reaaaally bad airbnb property so i had to move everything once again but the hotel managers were very understanding, the same at the checkout!) - interior is great - the bed was really comfortable! Medium-hard to soft I’d say, and gave good support for the back. - the room was compact but had everything we needed, also very clean and modern (also new) - overall it’s a good value for money I’d say. - great coffee lounge!

Nothing in general. It was great :) But not a TEN for location and some noise from the street at night.

A very cosy and clean hotel with a friendly staff. The apartment had everything for a short stay - kitchenette, comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom. The location is a bit far from Vienna centre, but the public transport stops were nearby. It was very easy to catch the transport and navigate in the city. But it is totally walkable if you are in the mood to walk and have time to do it.

The room was very dusty. We stayed only for three nights, as they clean only once in three days, thus our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Also the mattress wasn't particularly comfortable.

The breakfast place is rather small and usually quite busy and the food offer is slightly limited compared to some other hotels I regularly stay at (no scrambled eggs and bacon). So if an extensive breakfast is your thing than maybe stay somewhere else but for a regular breakfast it was absolutely sufficient.

I simply loved this place. It was the second time I stayed in this hotel and I would come back anytime. The stuff is amazingly friendly, the vibe is great, free coffee at the reception. The rooms are well-designed, maintained and always clean. There is enough plug sockets, the bed is comfortable, the table is big enough to work at, there is even a little kitchen in the room. The bathroom is also nice and functional - the water doesn't leak outside of the shower (my pet peeve).

Really lovely property close to public transport. The room is very spacious. the bathroom mirror is bluetooth speaker so i could listen to my music in the shower. TV has lots of options Netflix and youtube. gym facilities are good - you can get a quiet workout in the morning. they have a really comfortable lounge and the staff were helpful
