The room does not have a fridge of any type and for some people it can be small. Despite having some toiletries, you will still need to bring your own slippers. The room does not have a carpet, just wooden floor and in the bathroom there are tiles. Please be aware that you can do an early check-in, but it will cost you extra: 30,00 euro if it is before 9 AM / 25 euros from 9:00-12:00 / 15 euro from 12:00-15:00

Good location, very close to the underground line U3 (Gasometer station) that provided quick access to the center of the city. Good, quiet neighborhood, near a small shopping mall located inside one of the Gasometer buildings (includes a McDonalds, a Spar market). Also, there is a complimentary bottle of still water in the room, which was a good thing. Helpful staff, English speakers at the reception - we had a problem with the hair dryer and they provided a solution to fix it despite being almost 11 PM. One more thing to add is that you can leave your luggage at the reception in case you are arriving too early for check-in. You will have to fill in an online form for the check-in and the check-out can also be done online. It is one of the good options in Vienna if you need a place to crash and have a shower for a decent price and don't want to pay extra to stay closer to the center of the city. For getting to the hotel, the best combination for transport is the S7 train from the airport to the Wien Mitte station and from there the U3 metro to Gasometer.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was good.

The staff was very nice and provided us with all the help and information we needed. The rooms were clean and in nice condition. The property is located in a quiet part of Vienna. There are parking garages, train station and U-bahn all in walking distance of the Hotel.

We had booked 2 rooms and asked that they are close together but at check in the rooms we were given were on 2 different floors. Breakfast could be a bit better - an hour before its end they had run out of some of the products/food and said they were not bringing in new ones.

The room was clean and nice, the location was great, just 3 min away from a subway station and 15-20 min from city centre. The hotel is modern and clean. I would recommend it.

Thay give us unclean room bed was messy towels wet and on the floor.. so thay change our room for the ready on an still garbage from other guest were there

Location is great, it’s next to a concert venue, city sights in 15 mins by metro - the station is also like next to hotel, staff was very friendly speaking more languages, room was cosy and clean. Absolutely worth the price :) would stay here next time

They staff were really nice. The size of the room was decent for the price and as a solo traveler I didn’t need more space. The breakfast was good too, not many choices of food but it was still nice.
