There was no fridge located in the room. Although the weather was cold and and permitted keeping cold items on our balcony, the items did get some sunshine in the afternoon hours which made us a little worried about our chilled items. The short distance to the street from the hotel entrance could have been properly cleared. There was always a large patch of trampled ice and snow to cross which required extra caution when crossing with ski boots while also carrying skis.

The hotel breakfast was truly awesome and wholesomely selected for any taste in breakfast. The morning staff was truly heartwarming and welcoming each morning. Was rich with conversation and made the morning seem like waking up at home with the siblings.

Would have been better to have curtains from the start. The kitchen requires washing up equipment and drying towel. Some the drawers need fixing.

Beds were way too soft, which was not comfortable at all, I would suggest replacing mattresses. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Room was very clean with the daily cleaning that was done perfectly. Thank you so much on that. The breakfast was really good, nice selection of high quality. The hotel provides the free access to the pool which is next building to the hotel, which is also nice and ideal after the whole day of skiing and nice amusement for kids as well.

There is somebody at the reception only for a few hours per day, since this it not their main building...Room furniture is old and needs refurbishment/replacement. The radiators didn't work for the first 3 days, although I repeatedly reported them to the reception desk in the morning. Only on the 4th day somebody came and fixed them. The breakfast menu is decent, however the eggs are cooked right on the hallway at the entrance in the breakfast room, on a small stove. Anybody going to breakfast can see and pass by the large pan with 4-5 eggs being cooked, so they are within anybody's reach (not ok at all!). In the morning I could smell the bacon being cooked although my room was on the 3rd floor (room 134), as the smell came underneath the door. The safe box didn't work: there was no way to use a code, however they left me the back-up key on top of it. If you wanted safety, you needed to take the key with you on when you got out of the room.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance from Gigi Joch ski lift. There are 4-5 good restaurants nearby, but you need to book ahead of time, since they are all full. You may find a good Japanese restaurant downstairs, with an interesting menu. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The reception was not occupied We had to check in and get our key at a partner hotel which was more than 1000 meters away.There was no route direction just an address When we arrived there finally the receptionist there was very unfriendly.

Our room was OK. The lady who served us our breakfast was very nice and guest orientated She even organized some lemmon, for the tea.

I didn’t like the fact after we drove to the address there was a sign on the counter saying to drive 2km down the road to a different hotel to check in ??? That didn’t make any sense so there is no staff at the hotel other then breakfast in the morning we saw a women .. I also didn’t like the fact we had a couch that pulled out into a bed and there was no sheets on the couch and guess what we couldn’t go ask for sheets unless we wanted to drive or walk 2 km to a different hotel …. It wasn’t also as clean as you think it should be there was dead flys on the couch and windows … the breakfast was ok

Didn’t really like anything about the apartment…
