- both bedside shelves were still broken since last year, which was very annoying. - there's mold in the shower. - i forgot stuff in the closet and they didn't help me to get it back till now.

Top location 5min walk to subway 3 min to bus. Parking also close A4 max 10 min walk cost 9eur/24h. Supermarket round the corner Clean and well equipped kitchen. Host very helpful and precise info on how to reach the property. 3rd floor with elevator. What else to say just a wonderful stay

Pretty close to Schonbrunn palace, with perfect possibility to transport to the other parts of the city thanks to public transport station close to apartment. Will prefered also next stay in Wien.

Location is excellent from my point of view being 2 minutes away from Schonbrunn metro station and 10 minutes away from the palace. It's a good choice if you don't want to stay in the city center. Also, a Hofer Supermarket is just outside the building which was really helpful. The apartment was clean but I would give it a 8.5 - 9 stars out of 10. There were some bits here and there that would deserve some better attention and fixing the 2 shelves near the bed. All in all, it is a great accommodation to choose for your stay.

Parking space on the street only for max 3 hours.. But there is a great parking garage one metro stop away (Midling) and you pay 9 euros for 24 hours...

The location is very good - on a walking distance from Schonbrun Palace and 1-2minute walk to the underground station. The apartment is very comfortable. It has everything we needed for 5 day stay. The TV is extra large and our son enjoyed a lot. There is a good and cheap parking nearby (P+R). There is a great supermarket and Serbian restaurant in the same building and an Italian restaurant in the other side of the street.

There is no AC and you have to sleep on open windows but the street is getting a little bit noisy early in the morning.

The flat has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. It's super close to the metro station, Shonbrun Palace and The Tech museum.

Towels are sparse and no winter comforters or warm blankets are provided. Furnishings are a bit sterile. Environmentally friendly coffee maker would be a boon.

Spacious Altbau apartment with IKEA-style furniture, close to the subway, quiet at night. Kitchen is ok for basic needs.

Gosh, lots of things to love about this apartment. The location is in a beautiful old building, with the apartment having all modern amenities. The metro is across the road, the train station only a walk away and the bus is at the corner too. There is a supermarket, Cafe and a couple of restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and presented. I cannot say how much I loved having my own laundry; such a luxury when travelling

It would be nice if there would have salt for us to cook.

The apartment was really nice and clean. Also, they had everything we needed, utensils, washing powder, shampoo, coffee….etc! So spacious and nice!

Don't expect to see the palace in front of you, there is side view mostly of the Orangerie. Anyway the view is wide and nice. The elevator goes out in the backyard which is far from being the coolest place on Earth.

Beautiful modern looking apartment in a traditional Viennese Altbau. It was absolutely wonderful, and was within a VERY short walking distance of the Schönbrunn U-bahn station and a Hofer (Aldi).

The renovation is old, broken shelves near the bed, the smell of cigarettes in the kitchen.

We arrived 30 minutes before 3 pm which was given to us for taking over the key. We picked up the key and start to get to the house when we meet the staff in the stairhouse. They shut on us as it is not 3 pm why we are here? (which was true we arrived earlier) but the style was very arrogant as we just get there after 5 hours driving and we didn't do it by purpose. So we turned back with all of our luggages and kept it in the car. We gave the staff extra 3 hours to do the cleaning...But based on the result the 30 minutes was enough for them as the flat could be cleaner and no dust on the shelves and residues on the carpet.

The location is perfect in a calm district of the city. Historic stairhouse and flat is on the 3rd floor. Easy to find and all instructions worked to get the key. Subway and parking house is nearby.
