There was a lot of light 'leakage' in room (Floor 6) from the outside sun, so sleep for the light sensitive was a little tricky.

Great staff contributed to super positive atmosphere. Helpful, friendly, pro-active, but without being overbearing. Brteakfasdt crew were sensational both days. Really easdy to use from a check-in/check out perspective.

The fact that there is a music box of excellent quality in the bedroom was a very good surprise! The breakfast was extremely good, and the hotel was very silent, I never heard noise from any neighbour.

It was quite noisy at night on the 4th floor facing the street. Otherwise all good.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds in spacious modern room, clean, plenty of hot water, good ambience in the hotel. Option of watching a movie in the evening, yoga space available and outside rooftop space. A good choice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great as shops, super market, public transportation stations in 1, 2 min walking distance. Highly recomended for short or longer stay.

Temperature control in room was unreliable - we spent half our nights sweating as it would go off randomly, blackout curtains don’t really block the light properly, shower pressure is good but temperature was not “hot” and there’s no door to close the shower which was odd. Lighting controls are not great - you either switch everything on or just the bedside lamp, this meant going to the bathroom at night involved scrambling in the dark. Maybe we expected more, and this is the standard for a decently priced hotel but they quote themselves as lean luxury - wherein we felt that missing these basics like lighting, climate control are not really negotiable.

Friendly staff, great breakfast (a bit expensive) and lots of nice details like a movie screening, tea bar etc.

The property was super comfortable and cool. Enjoyed my stay there. Location was pretty convenient just walking distance away from stores and just in front of metro and tram stations. The staff was kind and caring they allowed to check in sooner. Breakfast was fine. Great value of money. Highly recommended.

The bathroom has a nice shower, but no glass or curtains and not even a recess on the floor to keep the water from spreading. This makes any shower messy, as water ends up getting everywhere in the bathroom. The sound isolation was also not very good between rooms. We had a room that had a door (locked) to another room and we could hear everything from each other.

Very clean and up to date. A lot of nice small pleasantries, such as having a Hotel Radio, a nice cinema room with classic movies every night, some tea readily available at the galley and a nice restaurant/bar. Self check in and check out are also nice additions. Overall quite nice hotel, good for the budget and in a nice location.
