Amazing hotel design, great room with interesting lighting, spacious & beautiful bathroom, well equipped with refreshments (water, tea, coffee) with large selection of teas! This comes in handy especially after a long journey! self check-in available when arriving late. Outstanding breakfast as well! 10 out of 10! Next time, we are coming back!

The location is not close to the centre. You need to go by car. Parking was full one day, and we needed to leave our car in the street. Thankfully, it was Friday night, and it was not a problem.

Nice hotel, good value for money. Delicious breakfast, good variety. Food in the restaurant was great 👌 NYE dinner was quite good as well. Great service and very friendly staff 👏.

Very strict with check-in time. Although, we came just 1 hr early.

Everything was excellent. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Staff members responsibly carried our luggage to the room. They also helped with location queries of tourist spots. The view from the room was also great. Very spacious room with big bathrooms and other amenities. Good prices for rooms including breakfast.

Sofa bed was noisy

My family and I had a great stay in Innsbruck and Rufi's was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and modern hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. The gave us complimentary drinks voucher to use at the bar and also an Innsbruck welcome voucher to use on free public transport around town. Walk to historical center was a nice 25 min walk also. Free secure parking under the hotel was very welcomed too.

The passages had a slight smell of stale air. Not overwhelming but enough to notice

Happy with everything

Fantastic location, easy walk along river into old town. Nice clean sized room and bathroom. Free parking, breakfast great with plenty of options. Restaurant and bar also on site. Very helpful staff. Will stay again in the future. Totally recommend.

room was lovely, modern, cozy and with a good sized bathroom. Good heating as well (it was winter). Shower was very nice although it splashed a bit too much into the floor. The hotel is just across the river and also just across a bus stop that will take you to the center in less than 5 mins. So walking is nice but public transport connection is also very easy and fast. Breakfast was good and the girl in the reception was super helpful and nice with all of our questions. She even gave us a card that included the public transport with our stay - and we would not have know about it if she had not mentioned it.
