Very well situated close to ski lifts, restaurants and shops. Family friendly with amazing staff and great breakfasts and coffee time treats. Feels like home away from home.

I actually don't think anything could have been better.

The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. A spacious, comfortable room with great bathroom. Ski lockers were so organised - not the usual bun-fight for space or worse for wear wooden cupboard. Excellent breakfast with a huge range of options. Superb location for the cable cars out of the village and also right opposite the station and bus stops. The hotel can also sort out ski passes at no additional cost which helps avoid the queues, they can also offer help and an arranged discount at a local ski store/rental. Klaus was really friendly, welcoming and helpful and a good sense of humor. All the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cannot fault this hotel!

One of the best ski hotels I have ever stayed. Exceptionally clean, room very comfortable and location fantastic - a short walk to the ski lifts. The staff were incredible! The choice at breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Cannot fault this hotel.

Amazing location, personnel, amenities

Hard to find anything to write here, but if I must, personally I prefer the English / American custom of shorts or swimwear in a sauna as opposed to the local "kit off" requirement. As a result, we did not use the sauna facilities.

The location was fantastic, five minutes walk from the train station (we travelled by train, which was just over an hour from the centre of Innsbruck; after getting an easy bus to there from the airport) and also only five minutes from the main lifts at the bottom of St. Anton. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold dishes, pastries and drinks. We more than stuffed ourselves so we could bat through lunch, having only a snickers and cappucino, until supper time. The hotel was super clean, spotless even. All the staff were friendly, but a big shout out must go to Andrea on reception in particular who was so helpful and friendly, both during our stay and prior with various bits of communication. [For the benefit of management, she is a real star] Unfortunately, the weather the week we stayed was not good. I only mention this because that can often tarnish one's view of a place. But despite the weather, the Hotel Runsdeck was still a fantastic place. If I were to go to St. Anton again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Staff were fantastic, super helpful, and cleaned our room everyday, and tidied up beyond what I would consider expected every day. made our trip really easy, thanks very much to the front desk and cleaning staff particularly. Location was great, able to drop off equipment and go to the apres bars not in ski boots which makes a lot of difference. Beds and room all very comfortable, heated boot room, tvs, kitchen equipment all top notch. would stay again and recommend to friends.

Amazing location in the centre of everything at St Anton, immaculate and modern rooms and facilities. Fantastic sauna area and also a ski locker room with boot and glove heaters! The breakfast was sensational and the staff so helpful and friendly.

The towels in the room were quite hard, and I don’t think there was any A/C which would have been annoying if the weather was any hotter

Gorgeous room with a balcony, right opposite the train station with everything else a few minute walk away. Staff were fantastic, parked outside but there was a garage. Breakfast was included and was a wide variety and tasty

I don't have any suggestions. The property is well managed, good staff and excellent accommodations.

Nothing . The spa area is very well , but has only dry sauna .For our taste - the lack of steam (wet) sauna makes it little bit less then absolute perfect .

Location : close to train station , to ski lifts and center of town . Very good breakfast friendly, warm treating stuff . Comfortable bed and all room amenities. . Differently, we like the hotel .

I picked the property due to its location (a block from the galzigbahn (the orgiginal Lift at st. Anton, now a funitel) and the fact that it appeared more “modern” (I.e. less traditional). Exceeded our expectations, and was actually nicer (particularly in the spa) than the photos is indicated. The innkeepers (both in their 50s) are exceedingly welcoming. He is from st Anton (born in a house one building over) she is from lower Austria. Check in was easy, and there were no language issues (I don’t speak German), facilities are very nice, modern European design. Breakfasts were ample, with lots of options, everything high quality. Spa (with a sauna, and a uv sauna ) was very nice, relaxing, and totally modern (warning, it’s coed, bathing suits are not allowed - although no one stopped a few folks who were wearing them - you wrap yourself with a towel). Rooms were very functional if Spartan. Nice bathroom with heated floor and towel bar, desk, chair, traditional European split queen bed with two comforters), plea this of room for two, balcony you can sit out on. Also window/door that opens. Parking is free (it is under the hotel, they let you in when you check in, just park in front when you arrive), there is a ski/boot room for storage. About only think they don’t have (and I could not find at all in st Anton) is a Warner/dryer on site for guest use. I did not ask, it’s possible they would have tossed out stuff in their machine though had I asked. Highly recommended, and a pleasant surprise it was better than excepted.

Everything was fantastic, no complaints. We paid a lot for the room, but I think that's a reflection of the location.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast, comfortable room, and a fantastic staff. Manuela was so attentive when checking us in, as was the rest of the staff throughout the entire stay.
