The only one negative comment my wife and I had was (and mostly due to having two small children) was the bathtub / shower situation. There was a ceramic step which led to the bathtub and, post bath or shower would become a bit of a slip hazard. The other negative issue was there was no floor drain in the bathroom, anyone using the bathroom after its been used for a bath/shower had got their feet wet, not to mention having kids who love to move at a quicker pace! I think a simple solution would be to introduce a shower curtain or a water abatement system to mitigate the wet floors, along with perhaps a bathroom rug?

The hosts, location, ease of check in, unit size, the comfort, the untilities were outstanding.

Great location with access to many delicious restaurants and activities. Just a few blocks from the lake where The Sound Of Music was filmed. The property was very comfortable.

Grab rails for large shower bath at each side would be great. There is a grab rail up high in the middle but you can't reach it from the sides as the bath is a large circular spa bath without the jets. The tiles can be slippery if you are not careful so you need to use a bath mat on both the step and the ground level beside the bath. Air conditioning would also be very good as it was hot and the restaurant staff from downstairs smoked below the unit windows during the day and until late at night and the smoke drifted up into the lounge and bedroom via the windows. We had to turn on the fans in the bedroom and loungeroom all night to try to keep the smoke at bay. This is beyond the owner's control but having air conditioning would reduce the impact of the cigarette smoke.

The location of the unit was superb. It is in a lovely leafy neighbourhood with a beautiful stream nearby. The unit has all the facilities you need for cooking and relaxing. The bed was comfortable. We walked to the old city of Salzburg via the tunnel. There was lots of information for tourists in the unit. There is free parking and wifi.

Laundry location/process was confusing until explained, wish the water temperature in shower could get hotter, no outlets close to beds, walk to town required climbing over a big hill, a little farther than desired to grocery store and zero coffee shops nearby

Great location - relatively quiet and some excellent walks nearby. A lovely 15-20 min walk over the hill and through the tunnel into the Altstadt. Excellent apartment, well fitted out - the host has thought of everything. The best level of cleanliness we've experienced so far.

Only downside (and I am being picky) is the water pressure is not great and would take an age to fill the bath. The shower is similar too not a lot of pressure.

Great location. Just out of the centre but an easy 10-15 min stroll into the main square. Wonderfully clean and the owner Eva was very friendly and happy to help and give advice whenever we needed her.

Nothing, all was great.

Large place, very clean, fridge and all you need in the kitchen. Towels were exceptional quality, large and many. The host even provided body lotion. Host very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Internet was awesome, perfect location into town. Bila supermarket 5-6min away. Parking was easy, getting the key also. A terrace, with singing birds in the trees in front. Even fresh flowers in the living room. All you need and more, one cannot ask for more really. Everything was perfect.

Eva was a friendly and resourceful host who provided check-in details clearly and well in advance. Everything was smooth and easy during our stay. Eva responded quickly every time we had a question about laundry facility, directions and restaurant recommendation. We were grateful that we have booked such a lovely place as our base to explore Salzburg and its surrounding regions. The apartment was luxurious, spacious and beautifully decorated which matched 100% true to the photos and descriptions advertised. The location was excellent—within easy walk to the old town and the stunning Fortress Hohensalzburg; could easily reach supermarket and there was a yummy restaurant across the road from the apartment building. You could reach major attractions by car and conveniently access main roads and highways. We had a wonderful and relaxing time that we’d wish to book again next time we are in Salzburg. Highly recommended for family to stay.

No elevator but they could help you. If you are looking to the city center this not the optimal hotel. It was good for me because I planned out of Salzburg visits.

The Atlier apartment can accommodate 5 to 8, with balcony, shutters, quite area new building. Outdoor area. Apartment euiped with most of things you need. Working people are nice and would support.

We stayed in a deluxe suite which is placed on the ground floor, has two bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, bathroom and an extra toilet - perfect for families. Everything was very neat and they especially prepared everything for our one-year old - baby crib, high chair and bathing tub. The whole procces of checking in is avtomatic with a code to a safe box where you find a key (very easy, it all works very well). For any questions, I immediately got the answer via booking chat. The location is very good - you park the car in front of the house then walk to the city center (no more than 15 minutes). Also the surroundings of the appartment are lovely, I suggest you stroll around the lake and Alm canal and enjoy the views of the castle. We loved Salzburg and have much more to see on our next visit.
