The walls were not very sound proof - there was quite a bit of noise coming from the adoining room.

Excellent bathroom - plenty of light, storage and room to put things. The hotel room also had a little dining nook whihc was cute, and it provided a kettle (which most European hotels don't seem to do)

I would have liked if there was hot water. When I had stayed it was very cold and the only water temperature was cold.

I like the design of the room, the convenience of the location to the sites I wanted to visit and the fact on Channel 100, The Sound of Music was always playing.

The bathroom was small

The hotel feels cozy. It’s 5 minutes away from Salzburg train station by walking. The room was spacious with a balcony, and exceeded our expectations.

Room service was done daily, but some things were not replenished when finished (such as instant coffee and shower gel), and was not brought after calling reception as well. It wasn’t that big of an issue though, still a very pleasant stay!

It’s a 5-min walk to the train station so it is very convenient! The bonus was that they were pet friendly so we could have our dog with us for the trip :)

The location is a bit far, and there's not much around. But you can still make it to the center by foot if you don't mind walking.

I really liked that the bedroom had a booth table. Really nice for people that want to have breakfast in their room. The beds were SUPER comfy! The bathroom was completely renovated and had an integrated radio, pretty good for keeping your privacy!

Didn’t reply to my messages before we arrived. Arrived 45 minutes before the check in time but wouldn’t let us check in because of the 2:00pm check-in rule. It was very helpful that we could leave our luggage, however we had to leave it in an unsecured area in a corridor because the luggage room was full. Heating was set too high in the room and we had to keep on opening both the outside and inside doors to cool the room down (could not adjust the central heating).

Lovely little hotel located in a convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the main train station and 15 minutes walk to the town. Supermarkets nearby around the train station. Nice clean room, lovely beds and linen.

Warm and comfortable room and beds. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is well worth it to start the day. Only a fifteen minute fast walk into the city centre and five minutes walk from the train station.. It’s the second time we’ve stayed. Feel at home at this hotel.

We typically stay in Hilton hotels, so have gotten use to the larger, more modern rooms. This was a very typical local European hotel room, which are comparatively smaller than what we have become accustom to in large commercial hotel chains. But the room was very clean and room service adequate. We spent very little time in the hotel room, spending the majority of our time touring the city, so it was more than adequate. If you just like to sit in your hotel room and spend time at the bar or lounge, this is not likely the best place for you.

The breakfast was very nice and so was the accomodations in the breakfast room. The breakfast food and selection was very good. The hotel location is an easy walk to the train station (except when there is a foot of snow on the ground).
