Because this hotel is so big, it becomes a bit unpersonal. Service staff in the restaurants during breakfast and dinner work a bit chaotic. Not every staff member seems to be motivated to deliver optimal services, but previous remark might be the main reason.

Extremely comfortable hotel with fantastic swimming pool(s) and sauna. Beautiful room and comfy bed. Many choices during breakfast, quality OK. Beautiful surroundings. Includes charging station for electric cars. Especially restaurant 19 was a positive suprise for dinner and cosiness, but also the friendly and alert staff in this restaurant.

The location of the hotel is beautiful. Hotel has 2 pools, one inside and one outside. Room was very spacious and clean. People very kind.

My wife had difficulty walking due to an earlier injury. The staff was exceptionally helpful. On top of it they upgraded our room, so we could enjoy our wedding anniversary.

suggesting some more choices on the breakfast will be great like choices of eggs , pancakes or waffles or creaps , coffee the good thing there is variety of milk and yogurt , vegan and lactose free

i have extended my stay i tried with the family the tower suit the delox rooms with diffrent views the junior suit and all are great option of connected rooms are there in the hotel too the team is very very helpful to arrange any needed service the hotel has number of activities to enjoy too

Although superb, the choice at the breakfast buffet could have been more varied, e.g. kinds of cheese, cakes. The shower was for small people, as the hose was too short to use it standing up. There was a strange hiss coming from the toilet bowl.

Rooms were a bit too hot when we were there and unfortunately there is no AC, so we had to sleep with the windows open (but there are no insect nets so that should ideally be fixed for the future). The hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing - though the staff was attentive the menu choice was limited and we weren't impressed with the food either. On the bright side, restaurant 19 by the golf course serves great meals at half the price. The rooms were clean and our junior suite offered sufficient space, but overall they are nothing special and they feel more like a good 4 star room - the hotel is great for its views and facilities, so if you don't plan to spend too much time in the rooms it shouldn't be a deal breaker.

Beautiful location with great views, nice SPA, pretty good breakfast. Staff was nice and friendly, great golf course and facilities. Overall relaxing stay and we've enjoyed most aspects. Very dog friendly which we greatly appreciated.

There is no ac in the rooms. I couldnt believe how it would be even possible.

The castle is great, facilities are good, view and nature are amazing. Breakfast is very good. Staff is helpful.

too expensive, there are better hotels with better value for money. there are hidden charges they do not tell you in advance about. for example, fee for room service, mandatory butter and bread at dinner. at night there were mosquitoes that ruined the night

Overall, I was expecting better services - breakfast was average, waiters were talking to you in German even when you were telling them you don’t speak the language. Also, cleaning could be better - spider webs and dead flies should not be included in 5 stars

The mattress was way too soft. It felt like a hammock rather than a bed.

The quality and variety of the food was very limited . Do not expect gastronomic festival but ordinary low quality very limited always the same food menu Junior suite with little bathroom and restroom all in one and matresses which remembers 17th century Young not experienced staff in the restaurants mixing the cappuccino with latte, delivering only part of orders…. “Long way to go to defense 5* “

There was a strange lack of attention to detail - perhaps the hotel is on an economy drive after the covid situation. Examples: shortage of serving staff at dinner so long waiting times, no drinks menu other than a complex wine list, no breakfast menu of available cooked options from the kitchen to complement the cold buffet, room maintenance - coffee machine didn't work, bathroom fan blocked and inoperative, cheap bathroom products for a 5 star hotel, etc.

Unmotivated staff (apart from wonderful Patrik), no air conditioning in 35C summer heat, over priced, lack luster menu.

This is a want to be five star hotel. The only friendly member of staff was Patrik, the friendly fairy of this beautiful building but lovelessly run otel.

Matresses in the bed are way too old and ultra super soft. There was no service around pool area - not possible to order some drinks/snacks. Halfboard did not meet our expectations for the price, so we switched for small fee to a la carte. Hotel seemed to be short staffed.

The hotel location is absolutely amazing. Very quiet area with nice views from the room. SPA with outside pool was great. Food in Zirbe restaurant was also TOP class. The whole team in the hotel was very kind and helpful.
