The bathroom was extremely small. Also to get the matrimonial bed you must go on some wood stairs and in the night to come down at the bathroom creates big noise and wakees up everybody.

We had dinner the first night and my children were served with not fresh green beans with sour taste. I indicated this to the waitress and that was it. Not even an excuse.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by a park. I woke up to sound of birds and wind moving the trees. It was very relaxing. The breakfast was very good, and the dining room was also very pretty.

Great location, bus is in the front of hotel and it takes only 10 minutes till u-bahn station. Hotel is very interesting, old building but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Everytime we visit Wien, here is our home. An amazing building surrounded with a beautiful nature and a great view of the city. Rooms are comfy and breakfast is very good.

Excellent hotel on outskirts of Vienna. Hotel location is not central but if you are with car it is 10-15min drive to strict center with good choice of underground parking garages. There is also a bus stop directly in front of hotel street access but we didn't use it since car was better solution for us rather than public transport. Parking in front of hotel is quite big but can be full in the evening and little more difficult to park your car. There is also lot of electric car parking spots with chargers. Building is old manor/mansion converted to hotel and it is very beautiful with excellent view to Vienna and excellent meadow around the hotel where you can sit, lay down and relax with stunning view to the center. We had family room which was very good, two story room with queen bed on second floor and sofa bed converted to bed on the first floor under staircase sto second floor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room is smaller but it is on two floors and ceilings are very high so it was good with lot of natural light coming from large/tall window going to the ceiling and also giving us excellent view over Vienna old Town which was nice during day and night. Room is little outdated but in correspondence with style and charm of hotel and we liked it. Room is equipped with small fridge with 1 complimentary water bottle (even though it is written 2 bottles next to fridge, we had only one), water cooker, instant coffee, decaf coffee, creamer, sugar and some tea bags with variety of flavors. Coffee and tea were restocked daily with towels but water in the fridge wasn't. Instant coffee in the room was way better than machine coffee on breakfast... Bathroom is OK but little small and not suited for two people being inside together. Breakfast was excellent with very good variety of food, enough for everyone taste and served in restaurant area. You can eat it on the terrace under sun looking over Vienna center.

When we arrived the bed for the kids was not made. When we started unpacking the receptionist came to make the bead. We came at 4:30PM and the check in was from 3PM.

I liked the location and the building. It is beautiful and the view is amazing. Room was comfortable, warm and very clean.

Location above the hill is amazing. Try to get the room with a view. People on reception are very helpful. Room is nice although bathroom is very small. Breakfast with the great view over the city.

Location...view of city is brilliant but no real.local facilities...remote. brilliant for a getaway but no local amenities.

Place is great...staff are great and helpful.
