Perhaps a bit overpriced compared to what you get (essentially a nice bed and breakfast).

Overall a great stay, we had a very comfortable room with a bathtub and a balcony. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful antique accommodation with most importantly, friendly staff with us. They do their best to accommodate at any request even with 8 group of people. Will definitely visit again if I am nearby Salzburg.

We originally booked two rooms but due to a serious health issue our travel companions were not able to come. We contacted the hotel 2 weeks prior requesting to cancel 1 room only but sadly no refund was given. We understand the cancellation policy but it certainly would have been appreciated considering we were keeping one reservation.

The hotel and restaurant exceeded our expectations. Check-in was quick. The size and comfort of our room was good. We quite enjoyed our meal, very delicious and a lovely setting. Our beakfast was equally delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. We will come back.

The location is very close to key sights around like Salzburg city center and Königssee, while stay quiet and refreshing. Local cuisine with seasonal ingredients are highlight of the restaurant. The staffs are professional, responsible and friendly.

It is a fairly small hotel and the restaurant was closed few days - we were worried once or twice what would happen if our room card would not work to open the front door…;)

Very charming old building but nicely renovated but still with the old flair of a 17th century country house with some later interior additions. Nice breakfast and a great restaurant on top

The room was located in an annex of main building, most likely old warehouse. It was a good building, but in such case it would be good if customers are informed in advance.

We ordered the vegetarian and pre-ordered a vegan option for the evening meal. Our only complaint would be that the prices for these dishes have gone up quite a lot. So we didn't feel that we had the same value for money that we have had previously.

The location and setting are very nice, which allowed us to have some lovely walks with our dog. The hotel has a unique 'old world' feel, with some lovely furniture and decorations. The dining room for our evening meal and breakfast were very nice and the staff were more than helpful. We did ask for a vegan meal in the evening and for breakfast which was accommodated well. The outside facilities are really lovely with a very nice garden and conservatory areas for sitting and relaxing. Good wifi. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

Good to know: Hotel and restaurant are closed on Sundays (check-in possible), restaurant also on Mondays so never got to enjoy the garden.

The room was very warm overnight as it was the second floor and there was a mobil aircondition unit, but I have found no outside connection for the warm air exhaust, so there was no sense to use it. The room was noise as it was on the main street front, so no possibility to open the windows for some fresh air
