An inside pool or jacuzzi is really missing. We rent electric bikes and the batteries we not full. We booked dinner table by the window and didn’t get it.

It’s clean and so beautifuly designed. Dinner was unforgettable.

Very little option for food during the day or in the evening. The evening menu is very limited and very expensive for the size of the dishes. We arrived late and there was nowhere open, locally, to buy food and we were really disappointed that we couldn't get a wholesome meal, at a reasonably price, after a days travelling. The hotel says they provide a shuttle bus to the ski resort. However, this only goes to the Areit lift and you have to book your time slots the day before - they only offer 8.30. 9.30, 10.30 and 3 hourly slots to come back in the afternoon with the latest being 4.30. There is a bus stop outside the resort but the times were very limited. There is also a bus stop 10 min walk away with more options. It would have been good if the hotel could have provided the bus timetables on arrival. Although, there is an app you can download. For the price, I was expecting the spa to offer more than just 2 saunas - it has a lovely area to relax but that's it.

The second course came within 1 minute of the starter, we had to ask the staff to give us a break between soup and main course. I asked for 2 carafes of water at the end of the evening, one shattered soaking me and my partner and the bar man was unhelpful and rude. The manager parked her car in the disabled spot (my partner has mobility issues) and when we were leaving was incredibly rude. However, she phoned me later that day to apologise personally, as her son had an accident to day before as she was stressed which I totally understand. She also refunded our meal. I would say that her actions were accepted and she offered me to stay again, I think complimentary. The hotel is stunning and I would stay again.

The room with a mountain view is actually not a "mountain view", but a forest view that starts right behind the hotel building and goes up to the mountain :)

It is a very nice and quiet place to relax, swim in Zeller lake, enjoy sauna after swimming, have a massage, and have a cocktail next to the lake in the evening.

At a rate of €560 for two nights we were placed in the worst room of the house, dark loony, no Mountain View as promised, very small, and already tired, worn (shower drain for example) and lots of scratches on walls. breakfast only. despite Booking stating that half board can be purchased at a charge, we were denied dinner at a charge and had to immediately turn around to find a restaurant as we arrived. the wellness area is very small, but the fitness room is very large with lots of space.

The view is exceptional and the private lake access is a rarity in Zell am See.

Was told that the room we had booked was a double room with balcony and a Mountain View. The bed was a twin bed which was comfortable but was two mattresses pushed together which was unexpected. The thing that was a little disappointing was the view from the window which was supposedly ‘Mountain View’, considering the photos of the hotel show balcony rooms along the front of the hotel and that we would look over the lake from our balcony we were quite shocked to be at the back of the hotel with a view of the bank.

The property was clean and very spacious, you could look right over the water which was beautiful.

No A/C and the weather was hot, there were many spiders in the apartment when we checked in with other insects, we can’t open the windows as insects will immediately come in because there is nothing to prevent them from coming in, housekeeping just removed the garbage without making beds or cleaning.

Excellent view to the lake and mountains, big balcony, wifi, breakfast is fine, staff are very friendly, private free parking, they provided us with enough fans, there is a sitting area that belongs to the hotel and directly on the lake edge with surfing boards.

Can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that had no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which I found a bit disappointing, love to make a cup of tea and enjoy in bed before I face the day!

Beautifully hotel, recently refurbished and all very modern (in a good way) in a spectacular location overlooking the lake. Staff super friendly and very helpful regarding locals walks which are out of this world if a little tough, but lovely sauna and wellness area to relax in at the end of our hike. The hotel restaurant serves fabulous food but it Is quite high end so if you’re staying for more than a few nights and looking for a simple bowl of pasta the nearest restaurant is a short taxi ride/drive away.

The staffs at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. Hotel restaurant serves very nice breakfast and dinner. We spent half of our evenings dining in the hotel restaurant during our stay. Breakfast is included. On the first evening, there was only seafood options on the menu. However, the receptionist told us that they always serve steak and Schnitzel. We didn't have a room with lake view as we wouldn't really need it. We spent most of our time on the slope. However, if we visit in the summer, I will definitely spend extra money to stay in the rooms with lake views. There is a lovely patio area outside the restaurant facing lake Zell for drinks. Free transport is available to Bruckberg side of the ski lift. You can also purchase your lift pass from the hotel. We rented a car from Munich airport so we drove to Kaprun and Saalbach. I can't make any comments on how easy it is to get to those places via public transport. There is a small car park area next to the hotel for few cars. We had no problem with parking.

The stuff. All the girls at the reception were confused and didnt know anything. We stayed in the appendix which was great and thats what we wanted. But. On our arrival the appartement wasnt cleaned up, the receptionist didnt know about the garage, sauna there, instead she wanted us to come to the main building instead. No free coffee capsules in the room, no dishwasher tablets, no kitchen cloth. The last day we asked for an early breakfast due to our flight schedule, we wanted to come at 7 instead of 730. The girl at the reception the evening before promised she would arrange that but the next morning we were yelled at by the serving staff! Also, there was a group of very noisy german man, one got drunk and vomited at the front door! This should not be happening in a 4 star hotel!

The facility itself is great thanks to its location and architecture.

Most of the hotel guests were presumably on a half board basis. For those (like us) who were not, the evening menu did not clearly indicate the price nor whether the choice was between a 3 or 4 course meal. The staff needs to keep abreast of changes in the public bus timetable

View from rooms facing the lake is superb. The room was spacious (although described as a double room it was effectively a junior suite) and the decor modern and very tasteful.

The “Mountain View” was literally a hill of dirt and nothing to look at. I would have paid for the lake view if I had known the mountain view was so ugly. It should not be listed as an attribute when booking.

The staff was really wonderful! Beds were comfortable and the design of the hotel was lovely.
