Sadly our room was just above the beach bar, and the last night there was some loud party till ~2 AM. We were sleeping like 4.5 hours before our 4 hours travel back (by car, so you need to focus well on road). Explaination from receptionist was "you should join them", which is nice joke, but I'd expect better explaination from 4 star hotel.

Amazing location and great hotel. We enjoyed the stay, breakfasts, restaurant and also the beach bar. Very friendly staff. There is tablet on room with possibility to order from bar or restaurant and there is amazing room service. And amazing runsets!

Restaurant was closed (not informed in advance), staff recommended another restaurant (which was closed as well), staff did not speak English that well (but they tried and were friendly), welcome drink - bottle of wine - was open, a/c was not working (needed to ask staff to 'open' it), roof top window was open and remote ctrl did not work (we got already new room, but finally bartender came with ladders to close it, so no need to change room), problems with payment (same for few clients) - check out took like 30minutes... So many little things went wrong, at the time it was not nice - afterwards these things are more like funny. We had good stay still, staff was friendly.

Location by the lake, easy parking, friendly staff, spacious room, a/c, breakfast was good. Possible to buy lunch bag from breakfast (however still other clients thought that we 'stole' sandwiches:) ) We had good one night stay. Dog friendly!

My bedroom had no air conditioning which I felt needed it in 37 degree heat.

No baby bed although requested, but I guess the room size wouldn't allow any so I didn't complain. The single room is *really* a single room, so prepare to sleep on a 90cm bed. No telly view from the bed either which didn't bother me but maybe you want to know.

Exceptionally nice and helpful staff - especially the friendly and professional waiters, breakfast and reception gals and guys. Thumbs up!

Old plumbing: in the shower you could get a blow to the head from the showerhead, it didn't hold; bad smell from the toilet and pipes (although washed every day); disorganised massage service (paid for separately, but getting this service is a bit of a challenge).

The bed was way too soft and not very comfortable. Our room had a roof window that could not be darkened completely.

The old ugly women from cafe manager look like, she is very arrogant and rude. Because she shouldn't say a homeless to me and my daughter when we ask to room charge. And my family easy to see how much she arrogant and angry to there employees. She is such a that kind of person made broken a vacation desire. So very sucks due to her. It would be better without her- if this hotel not with her. Also I dont understand hotel require tip when I check out. Even they explained me due to new system hahaha!

The breakfast is great. There’s plenty of options to pick from. Everything was tasty and fresh. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. The building is right off a beautiful part of the lake. I highly recommend this place to families with kids. They even have a secluded play area at the restaurant, where parents can eat while the kids play without annoying other guests, which saves you the awkwardness that comes with that.

We were excited about two indoor playground for kids and whole hotel Is kids friendly. Hotel is straight close to the lake.
