The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The property is exceptionally clean and rooms are to a high standard. The breakfast is varied and well presented. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was quiet and only a ten minute walk to the beautiful town of Gmunden. This is a family run hotel and the owners work there along with an exceptional team of staff, who organised take away food for us, taxis and train schedules to visit other places in Austria.

HungaryOur room’s terrace didn’t have a roof, so we couldn’t use it on the rainy days. For the price, the hotel is missing some services like a pool or sauna available for the smaller rooms.
The hotel was tiny which created an approachable family atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The highlight has to be the breakfast, beyond the 4 star quality you get anywhere else.

Lovely family hotel overlooking the lake. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable. All staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are fully renovated. I only stayed one night at the hotel but everything was great. I was warmly welcomed at the check-in, the process was easy and smooth and i received all the information i needed. The room was spacious and clean and most importantly very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic, not too big but with great quality and just what i needed. Next visit in Gmunden i will definitely stay in this hotel.
