We wanted to prolong our stay directly , the price was higher than through booking, and the receptionist (man) on the reception said we need to change the room due to maintenance?! This was not acceptable and unprofessional therefore we left the hotel althrough we really wanted to stay one more night.

It felt like a bit traveling back in time - The city and nearby areas, but also the resort seem to have had their best time years ago. One major annoyance: EV charging is billed by the minute (you literally have to monitor and unplug to avoid overpaying)

Stuff was very friendly, breakfast was ok, but not outstanding.

As a couple we wanted a double bed, not two, poorly connected together. During the night the beds split and ended up having a space between. The whole bathroom situation was a bit unusual. The shower was just a bit small and it wasn't easy to keep the water inside.

The breakfast was amazing. Sauna was OK. Very friendly staff.

The picture from the web doesn’t match the reality. There was not enough sunbeds.And for such a big hotel not enough space near the open pool.It’s definitely congress hotel not in a good way

The room is, in my opinion, too expensive for what you get. We took a more expensive room for the "view to the lagoon" and "balcony" but it was a view to a roof and a sliver of wood that fits a chair surrounded by disgusting sheet of metal. On Booking it said there's a sofa, there wasn't. And in my opinion having the shower in the room is just very uncomfortable, I know it's something they do in Austria and France, but it gives you no privacy. If you're company pays for it, it's nice, if you're putting your own money on it, don't, there are better hotels for this amount of money. Also, if you order from room service it's 10 euro extra to the already very expensive food, I find it just rediculess in some point.

The stuff was good and the spa area was very nice.

Maybe our fault, we thought with „seapark resort“ we‘d be closed to the sea or beach. But actually, you‘re very far away from the center and far away from any beach access.

Pools were closed. One was closed for maintenance which we were notified a fw weeks after we booked. We got to get in the pool the first day we were there, but told the kids couldnt jump or splash and only one lane of the pool was open. Then we were told the pool was closed the rest of the weekend. It was a big part of why we chose the hotel and very disappointing, we couldn't cool down at the pool during our stay.

The location was great; the resort is nice and picturesque. We enjoyed being close to the stadium.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room; overpriced breakfast; music from the bar was very loud and on the weekend we were there was played until after 3am making it very difficult to sleep…it would have been good if we had been warned at the time of booking that the hotel had late night entertainment.

Easy to find, beautiful location, good parking, very good restaurant, good pools.

23€ for breakfast per person is really too much for a country like Austria. The fact that such an hotel doesn’t have in room kettle and some teas is really off putting. Water in the pool is 30 degrees, maybe 2-4 degrees more would have done the trick. A topper on the mattress would have been nice. Please always offer the worthersee card to guests as it’s a shame to miss it because of the nice discounts. These are some suggestions, overall I would come back again anyways! Thank you

I really liked the easy free and spacious parking outside. Also the position is easy to reach from autobahn. The room was quite big, clean and warm. Staff was very nice and the spa is a nice touch.

Our stay didn't include breakfast, there's an option to add breakfast for 23 euros per person. We did that for 2 days, but it was not worth the money at all. The breakfast is okay, but heavily overpriced unless you eat a lot and you can get your money's worth. The spa center was cold! So, so, cold! The pool water is cold. Forget relaxing in the spa, it's freezing. The rooms were cold in the evening. I was shaking from the cold when taking a shower in the evening. A cattle or a coffee machine in the room would be expected in a hotel of this kind.

The hotel is overall nice. We took a superior room which was nice and spacious and had a nice view. The hotel was pretty full but it didn't feel overbooked or crowded. Generally, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. It's close to the lake and the park so it was great for taking a walk. There's also a small spa, which was okay, nothing to write home about. It's nice they serve tea free of charge in the spa. I also liked we were given bathrobes. The parking situation was great.

our room did not have any heating during the night, quite freezing and shocking, they gave us a tiny electric heater. -we requested to have a king bed instead we received a double bed. -Indoor pool is very small and most of the time is over crowded. -The spa was fully booked for more than a week and we could not use any service during our stay, since the spa did not belong only to the hotel guests and people from outside had booked the hotel massage services.
