Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is nestled atop a hill with a beautiful view and has the feel of a modern, stylish Nordic design. The staff are kind and attentive, and the rooms are perfect.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in (and that’s not a short list). We were only here one night, but I struggled to leave. The drive up the mountain to this remote lodge was well worth it and even added to the charm of feeling tucked away into the trees. The staff were exceptional - down to earth while offering top notch service. We walked into the room and immediately fell in love. The view is truly otherworldly and the room has the tasteful decor to match. The bed was like a cloud - we even snuck a peek at the brands to see if we might replicate at home. The restaurant/bar inside the hotel is great: offering the cozy specialities you want in Austria like Wiener schnitzel and aperol spritz. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that was included the next morning. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone - whether you’re in the area or not (it’s worth the hike!) - and I can’t wait to be back for a longer stay.

United KingdomThe property is clean, smart and the interiors are perfectly done. The people that run the property are lovely and willing to do anything. Everything is possible and I love that. The views from the bedroom are beautiful. I will 100% be coming back and recommending to everyone I know. The food was also delicious and the chef Alex comes out and speaks to you about the food which I thought was a lovely touch.

HungaryA very well located, brand new hotel located in a tiny beautiful village, surrounded with hiking trails and peaks. The rooms are spacious, nicely designed. The owner family of the hotel is very helpful, friendly and easy going. The restaurant of the hotel has a great Asian-fusion line kitchen, which is quite unique in the region. We would/will definitely go back again!
