From the moment you step in, you start relaxing. They really do think of all the senses to make it an amazing place to stay - the scents in the air, the comfort of furniture, hot/cold with the sauna and stepping outside to cool off, awesome staff, awesome cook for breakfast and dinner. I travel a lot, and this was all around one of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed at.

Very nice place, we liked it. Was spectacular view from the room as it’s on a hill a bit up a mountain. A bit walking to get to city center due to that, like 1.2km, but still short enough to walk. Good indoor parking in garage. Alex was great and super guy, and Anastasia also!

Amazing staff, great food, nice sauna, perfect view from the room to lake. Location is up the hill so a car is needed..free shuttle to ski lift in the morning. Free dinner was included, which was always yummy. Room is spacious.

There is no coffee/tea machine in the room nor other way to get one outside the breakfast/dinner opening hours. The restaurant only serves standard dinner, daily decided menu, with no a la carte options (ex Xmas dinner: cauliflower creme soup, mushrooms risotto and chocolate soufflé).

Anastasia, the owner, is a lovely person, ready always to assist you. The breakfast served its purpose but the view was simply amazing, one of the best you can get in town. Modern design and very clean everywhere with nice scents.

Car centric location, but the views are well worth the walking up/down the hill if you come by train.

Loved it all - the room, the staff, the surrounding mountains! Dinner is included at no additional charge, you do pay for beverages (bottle of wine ranged from $40-80 USD). Food was excellent - stay in for dinners! The spa is beautiful, massage was great!

I usually criticize, but this hotel left nothing to criticize it. If you’re looking for good treatment and perfect view, this is your best choice. Design is amazing, there is everything you need. Location is pretty good, but you better have a car. Hotel staff are very accommodating and beyond professional. Mr and Mrs.Alex and Alex number 2 are awesome people. It’s a bit pricey, but it definitely worth it.

The best hotel for couples, quiet with a nice modern rooms and amazing view on the lake. Alex1 and 2 and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay. Food was super delicious ( breakfast and dinner )

For those who try to travel without a car the walks up the hill from town were, over time, a bit on the long and steep side (the price paid for the awesome view).

The room was contemporary and private with floor to ceiling windows and concrete walls and the views were stunning. The food (breakfasts and dinners) were both locally sourced and excellent in quality. The conversations with Alex (2) were always interesting and fun.

I love the view of the room and have really enjoyed the stay to the max. Suits size are very big and comfortable. You can walk to the down town or you may use the parking public parking near down down Zell am see. Also they have given us a sell am see card which was really helpful with the map. So most of the activity were free to ride.
