Our winter rendezvous was so magical that we couldn't resist the temptation to experience it all over again this spring. And boy, were we not disappointed! Let me tell you, we've been around the block when it comes to hotel stays, but nothing, I repeat, nothing has come close to the pure bliss we've experienced at Sepp. It's like they sprinkle fairy dust on the staff because everyone is kinder than a benevolent grandma and more welcoming than a long-lost friend. They must have a training program in thoughtfulness because these folks think of everything. Now, let's talk design. The whole place oozes coziness, like a warm hug from a fluffy teddy bear. And our room, oh boy, it was a mind-blowing symphony of perfectly thought-through details. I'm telling you, they should be running a masterclass on how to create a sanctuary of comfort and style. But wait, there's more! The brunches and dinners, my fellow gastronomes, are like culinary fireworks exploding in your mouth. Every bite is a masterpiece. And as if that weren't enticing enough, Sepp also boasts a heavenly pool and sauna. Imagine the sensation of floating in liquid rooftop paradise, followed by a rejuvenating sauna session that leaves you refreshed and renewed. But it doesn't stop there, my friends. The surroundings are a veritable playground of sports possibilities. Whether you want to hike, bike, or frolic in nature's embrace, Sepp has got you covered. You'll fall head over heels in love with everything this place has to offer. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that left a lasting impression on me. The staff were incredibly friendly, yet not pushy, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's design was perfect, creating an immersive and luxurious experience. The brunches were irresistible and the dinners were fabulous. The artistic level of the cocktails was impressive. I would have liked to have some standard food options like a short all day menu until the evening.

Outdoor pool with bubbles and the view is fantastic! Staff all very friendly! Big selection on juices for breakfast, Omelettes are freshly made with your choice of ingredients! Great stay, thanks!

The arrival was a disapointment. When we arrived, the lady at the reception told us she had to do something first but we could have a drink (there were no drinks left), when she came back she gave us the wrong information about Covid tests, she recommend to go to the pool but there where no seats left. We felt there was a big difference is staff quality

The food at the restaurant was the best we had in Austria The pool is nice The lady who works in the bad (nose piercing) was fantastic. Amazing service

We had an absolutely incredible time. The breakfast was excellent and also would highly recommend to have a dinner at the hotel. Pool area was cozy and relaxing. The stuff was on the highest level one could wish for. Will definitely visit again some time soon.

1) When we arrived there was no one at the reception and we were not really informed of a schedule and services at the hotel. 2) there is no room service (food) if you would like to snack smth you have to look around in the city for a restaurant. The conception of dinners at the hotel :fine dining and new cuisine everyday which is cool! But you have to book a table in advance and it’s only until 8pm 3) the saddest thing is that our bedsheets were never changed! We staid for 5 days. And at the end of our vacation we found a couple of dirty old socks under the bed. (Not ours obviously) As well there was no card (do not disturb) to hang on a door.

1) The location is good, the ski resort is a quite big! 2) The main cool thing at the hotel is a modern style and breakfast! Big respect to chef and cooks! Food was always fresh and presented on a high level. 3) amazing tea! 4) rooms look also cool but I would like to point a lack of functionality of a space for clothes. The home cinema is a cool idea as well! Also, I would to point that the shower was amazing, loved it. 5) the lovely small present at the end was cute, thank you In general we were happy to stay at Sepp, all staff was friendly and lovely
