Only very minor - windows in bedrooms need better shading as current shades won't keep sunlight from entering in early morning hours (bedroom faces north-east direction).

We stayed for 10 nights. it was a really great apartment, well equipped, clean and spacious, it exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect on the main street of Simmering but the apartment was really quiet. Main street has many supermarkets and other shops to offer, transportation to Vienna city center was a breeze - both tram (line 71) and u-Bahn (line U3) are merely a stone throw away from the apartment. We felt like we're living in Vienna, and that's says it all. All in all we had great time and we would love to return in the future!

Our recent experience at this apartments was truly remarkable. It is cozy, comfy, clean and had absolutely everything we needed and even more! The big advantage is a free parking space-easy accessible- just at the back yard. Easy access to public transport. There were so many shops and restaurant nearby. The host was super nice and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Very nice location near the tram station. To the Opera station 20min on tram. Walking to the Underground 3minutes. Food market are near too. Free parking is very appreciated! Friendly owners, the apartment were equipped all necessary stuff including wash powder, coffee, sugar.

Welcome sweets(bottle of wine, candies etc..) free indoor parking place. Very kind host :) close to the metro station U3 line (only takes 2min) really comfortable house. Everything you need is in the house and near the neighbors (1min walk to supermarket, nice restaurants nearby, delicious bakery)

A very comfortable apartment providing all the necessary amenities. The location is outside the center, but there are metro, tram, shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very kind and responded promptly to our questions and requests.

Location: while it is not in the center, it is easily connected by underground and tram, both 1 minute walk from the building. Walking out of the building you would find many supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. The Place: comfortable and feels like you are in your own apartment. As family with 3 kids, all our needs were already available in the apartment. AC available in all rooms is great after coming back from hot summer day touring in the city. The host: the host family will treat you as a dear guest more than a tenant, from the time before check in till after you leave.

There really is nothing.

Well my rating system has hit a problem. Normally, I’m happy rate a stay a 10 if it delivers what it promised. This apartment should get an 11. Everything it promised and then all the things you had forgotten you wanted. From the decor to the parking everything was excellent with extra touches like a welcome bottle of wine and basic condiments for cooking. We will try and stay here again when next we are back in Vienna.

The wi-fi signal is kind of bad. Even if the wireless routter is in the apartamnet. But it is a very small inconvenience.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous! it’s big - with two separate bedrooms and a living room. Everything is convenient, clean and fresh. All the beds are great. I’ve had the best sleepover ever! There’s a free parking place which is perfect for those who travel with a car. And the location is wonderful - you have an underground station and the tram stop right near the place. So it’s easy to get to the city center. And the owner is really friendly and ready to help. I strongly recommend this place to everyone! by the way, the place is easy to get in, I’ve had no problems with it - the owner organized everything in a comfortable way, you don’t have to worry about the keys or something else. We were impressed of how clean the apartments were! There was everything for a comfort stay: shower gel, shampoo, soap for washing machine, oil to cook, seasonings, soil/pepper and even wine and candies! It was crucial for us as remote workers to have fast Wi-Fi, and guess what? It was super fast, we could easily complete tasks from 2 laptops. As for location - the apartments are not in the center, but near the metro, so you can easily reach there in 15-20 min. There are many groceries around. Overall, we enjoyed staying here!

Everything about the apartment was good , however, it is located in quite old street.

The apartment is very clean, and the host was really helpful and very cooperative. There are many shops under the apartment (most of them are Arabic food). Also, the mini markets are very close to the location .

Amazing place to stay in Vienna. Host was extremely helpful and pleasant. Private parking available, they even offered to leave our car entire day after checking out if we would like to stay longer in city. Pleasantly surprised.
