We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicWe thought that it would be great if there was a kettle in the apartment, because we wanted to make tea to take with us for skiing. And you can hear the neighbours from other rooms a bit, but it wasn't that disturbing
Exceptional breakfast! Very kind hosts, great location 10-15 minutes from skiing centres (Wurzeralm, Hinterstoder). Quiet neighbourhood, lovely dog :)

Singerskogel is a wonderful place to stay with a silent nature all around. It is like being at home and Pepi and Andrea, the owners, are the best people you can meet. The food is very good and the area has several places to visit and to hike. We will come back!

CroatiaUpon arrival, the owner was unprepared for guests (didn't know in which room to put us and didn't give us any additional information) very unfriendly and cold welcome. We had the feeling: “why did you come here”. During the entire stay, the owners were rude and uninterested in guests. No information about the place, where to go, what to see. I had to ask for the summer card (included in the price ) by myself, which was a problem too. The owners are not dedicated to the guests, everything related to the guests is difficult for them and annoys them. We ate the same breakfast for 3 days, there was nothing from homemade products except salad from the garden. They present themselves as a local farm with local products but the only domestic product was a salad. We had booked half-board (and paid in advance), but on Tuesdays, they don't cook for guests. We had to go to the gas station 30 km away to buy sandwiches for dinner. In Spital, everything is closed after 6 pm. The two dinners we had were more than disappointing for a local farm. The first evening: scrambled eggs with mushrooms, specle with cheese, and frappe. The second evening: the owners didn't cook. Third evening: soup, a piece of pizza with everything left from breakfast put on it, and a cake made from the same pizza dough. Everything was very cheap and poor. During the entire stay, no meat was offered to eat, only salami for breakfast, from the store, as well as cheese. For dinner, no possibility to choose between 2 menus (at least), you have to eat what is served. No one asked us if we are allergic or if we are on a special diet. The guest house is untidy, and the owner's shoes and clothes have been thrown around. In the deluxe room, there are no basic hygiene products (soap, something for showering). We are very disappointed because we thought we were going to a farm with a local atmosphere and products.
The only thing that was nice was the location of the facility.

Czech RepublicThere is a lot to consider before you decide for this accomodation - location is in the middle of nowhere (no shop, restaurant...), arrival after 8 p.m. is very difficult to arrange (if you manage to call and if you speak German) and even if you do be prepared for a cold welcome. Room at arrival was stinking (apologies for wording...), cold and not prepared (e.g. fridge switched off, dirty toilet). You can hear everything from other rooms so pack ear plugs. We are no animal lovers, so be prepared to meet dogs and cats also inside incl. wake up call as barking. Parking is very tight. Worst part of stay is catering - at first evening we were provided with soup and some curry+pasta stuff, very cheap, very poor. Unfortunately also the food did require to stay awake to whole night due to digestive problems, thus we have not risked breakfast. On Saturday there was a birthday party so no dinner was provided or compensated for despite this was included in price of stay.
The room is very spacious as well as the bath. There is also kitchnett where you can arrange for basic catering (rather student style). Also bedroom is spacious with lots of storing space.
