-Very noisy automated code door lock. I'm sure there are exist other opportunities to install less noisy door locks. -it was impossible to put correct number for elevator lock the first time. The fact that the reception is closed for most of the day is not very practical. The communication was a little confusing too.

The location is great, in the middle of the city center. The hostel is very nice, they provide a kitchen are that also works as a cafe in the morning, and lockers in the room.

The communication about the check-in didn't go so smooth, the system was supposed to send me a code to enter te building but I never received it. We could enter because we had friends staying there too, but otherwise this may have been a bit annoying. When meeting the staff later they were super friendly and appologized, I see it is not the staffs fault but something in the booking system

In the family apartment the shower and the toilet is in the same space with the bedroom and only saparated by vertical walls. The toilet flushes verly loudly so that one has to be careful when to use it. What was really missing is some hangers from the walls and some place to pack out from our luggage (there were no shelves, just some place next to the sink). In our room there was almost no wifi and even in the community are the wifi was hardly working. We are not sure if there are any proper escape routes in case of fire, since the hostel could only be approached using the elevator...

The apartment has a great location as it is located in the downtown, close to bakeries and grocery stores. Graz is really walkable so it is an ideal location to start your citywalks. The staff was very nice and welcoming and it is a good alternative for the low price.

Entering the hostel is a maze of gates, doors, elevators and multiple entry codes, a bit overwhelming. The room itself was unconventional with mattresses on loft style rustic wooden platforms accessed by a ladder. There is only a kettle for hot water, nothing else. It met our needs for a one night stopover.

Conveniently, several trams that stop near the hostel also stop at the main train station. The location on a pedestrian street in the old town center is great.

Does not have lockers to keep your things safe. Has a lot of codes to get in (I'm OK with that, though) Wi-Fi was not working No AC Has a smell of mixed old + wood, improves if you open the window From my experience, hostels that offer breakfast are better to socialise, because people gather in the common areas. That does not happen on this one.

Internet was not working on mobile phones. It is not possible to put a lock in the locker.

Location is fantadtic. Right on the center. Staff was kind. They helped with securing my laptop.

Just stayed for a couple of hours and the room was really small but I didn’t need much more for such a quick stop at Graz. There’s literally no one to help you inside that everything worked fine for me.

The wooden beds creak. There is only one openlike shower room. The seatings in the common room are not the most comfortable. WiFi wasn´t working properly.

There were a lot of codes to get in everywhere, including to escape the elevator, which was a little scary--elevator doors started closing on me as I was typing in the code and didn't reopen when I pushed against them (luckily thought to hit the button behind me). A bit stressful if you're at all claustrophobic. Didn't see a single person who worked here my entire stay, just the girls in my room. Hope they got the tourist tax I left.

The room has a very unique feel and design. The bathrooms were clean and female-friendly. Sleeping on the top bed felt fun, like I was in a tikki lodge.

Bed arrangement is not comfortable. Washrooms are outside the room. It can be noisy some times when someone else is walking aroung. Step noises from the floor above.

The toilet and shower in our room was a bit improvised but nothing terrible. I could go to the shared bathroom in the morning so I would not wake up my friends so no problem with that. This is not a flaw or anything but we have hoped to meet other people in the common room to chat and exchange stories and there were no people in the common room for the whole stay. The common room is very nice but maybe because it's a bit small people tend to stay in the rooms. We had a bit noise from the street but that was solved by closing the window and should be expected in a location like this.

The hostel had perfect location and for the price it was great. We had our room ready, check in was no problem, in opposite as some other people said. You just need to read the message from the hostel. There was no noise from other guests even though the hostel was almost full. The only staff we met was this girl from Peru who prepared breakfast and she was super nice. But we had no time to check the breakfast.

The shower was not very inviting, but the toilet was very clean. I don't remember if I had breakfast included, but they didn't say anything so I assumed that I didn't. No receipt for the city tax. The door knob was a difficult device before knowing how to interact >)). Funny!

Location was the main plus. The door knob was a total surprise :))))! It could have been a head light also, but the plug was appreciated. Not enough lockers for all people in the room (6 people and 4 lockers with no lock on). But, for only one night, that was pretty much what I needed.

The door locks are like so loud the whole room is waking up in general everything there is loud u also have that less privacy at least for the dorms thr toilets u share are so open the light wasn’t working u also have no lockers which could be locked

If possible, there could be closets with locks where to leave your valuables while going sightseeing. I get that people most likely do not have bad intentions, but it would make one feel safer to know that his/her laptop, home keys and other belongings are safely stored.

Excellent location - in walking distance from main attractions and easy to get around from there. Room and other facilities were as expected, very easy to access whenever needed. I arrived very late in the evening but codes for the doors were sent to my e-mail and I had no trouble whatsoever to get to right place.
