Comfortable, well-designed good-sized room with useful amenities (fridge, coffee maker, kettle), couch. Very close to U-Bahn Hietzing and Schloss Schönbrunn; 15-20 minutes by U-Bahn to central Vienna. Self check-in, but staff enquire to make sure everything's going well. Although no breakfast is provided, the hotel is close to bakeries and cafés.

It was a delightful pleasure to return to this exceptional property, this time for a 7 night stay. Having experienced a perfect 10 stay, my expectations were already high. The place is new, clean, and very modern. It's within walking distance to Schönbrunn and conveniently close to the back entrance, which provides quick access to Tiergarten (Zoo). The Metro U4 station is only about 100 meters away. The hosts were very well-prepared, providing us with various options for food and drinks, as well as answering all our questions. Parking is available for an additional fee.

the radiator controlled by the E-system didn’t work the first day so that the rooms was cold when the night fell. Fortunately, the staff helped us solve the problem.

Good location, only 100 meters away from the metro, only 5 minutes walk to the Schönbrunn zoo ( where we met the giant pandas !) Fine decoration, which makes the room look fashion and romantic at the same time. Plenty of space for the room. Hospitable staff should be given a big “ thumb-up”.

The location was really good and the style of the decoration of the room was very original and nice. Also, the staff were vry available and obliging. My partner and I had a really enjoyable and happy weekend.

Only as a side note, since individual preference: We have to join in mentioning the pillows :) — which are very soft („zerruptft“). Guests sensitive to noise: we recommend you ask/book a room on the upper levels. In the thee rooms situated on the ground level (as in most buildings above the underground sysems) you can very mildly hear the subway u4, which did not bother us since it is really very mildly.

We loved our stay in a newly renovated, modern, bright and big room on the ground floor, decorated in a Scandinavian, minimalist style and with a comfy bed, a small table and a chair The checkin by code and online information (there is no reception or staff in the building; all information and tips for the district given online were more than sufficient for us; cleaning service has to be requestes) was easy. The tablet control for the room was great and the wifi has a very good quality, too; A kettle/tea and coffee machine (capsule) are available. The location is good (close to the city centre by subway) and the big street in front of the buidling was not too loud due to the very good windows.

The room was amazing, super clean, beautiful modern interior , huge TV screen with all the apps you need for watching . The building was also very safe .Everything you need for a few days stay was there , if not the staff was very fast to answer and provide whatever you wanted. The location was great, 1 minute away from the metro station, a few minutes from the Vienna royal zoo and Schönbrunn garden. The neighbourhood is really safe and lovely and you’re in the Center in 20 min. All in all this was a great experience and I would book again.

If i had to mention something, the communication about room service wasn’t clear. we didn’t know what is their process. we expected to have room service (to do the bed, change the coffee mugs, etc) but there wasn’t any. not sure if we should’ve asked or if it is not done daily. we only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t bother ask.

Great stay. The self check-in check-out are very easy and useful especially when you arrive late at night. The room is very neat and clean, well equipped with all needed amenities, technologically advanced, and is nicely decorated with a modern slick design. We haven’t met any of the staff but communication via booking.com was very good. They were responsive and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again next time.

The only things I have to remark is that slightly softer towels and an extra set of medium size ones (additional to the current large and small) would be great to have, along with a pair of glasses in the room (drinking water from a mug is a bit weird). Those are really the only remarks I have so overall it's just excellent.

This was a lovely stay, everything just went very well. The owners are very responsive via messaging, the check-in and check-out processes are very smooth and the rooms are lovely! I love all the smart controls, and the bed was super comfy. Location is super convenient, you're right next to a metro station on a very useful line and you can walk right into the massive Schonbrunn gardens.

no milk in room to have with the coffee provided although there was a fridge safe was too high to reach needs thicker curtains as shutters do not shut tightly gate to street is opened by a button that is not easy to find especially with the bush growing next to it or in the dark the front of the hotel was in darkness when we arrived so hard to find, sign not illuminated no external lights on which were needed at the time as the street light was out and there were road works stopping the taxi getting close to the edge of the road to see the hotel sign they should probably stress the importance of reading the hotel guide before you arrive, this is not just marketing but is a little hidden in the messages would have preferred a hand towel rather than a flannel a glass tumbler in addition to the mugs would have been good

It would have been nice to have the room serviced every 3rd day or so. But this is not a necessity. We asked for new towels during our stay and our host kindly assisted us almost immediately.

A beautiful building with tastefully decorated interiors. The location (right by the Hietzing subway station) was incredibly useful - this made going into the inner city so easy. It’s very close to Schonbrunn Palace and Gardens - we were able to take a short walk (also a great place to go for a morning run). The iPad room control and touch light switches were something new and cool. Spacious room. Responsive and friendly hosts/staff.

It was so close to the ubahn, the schonbrunn, and all the restaurants in heitling area it was perfect location! It was also super automated, everything is controlled by a tablet in the room and there is bluetooth speakers and airplay with the tv!

The only (very small) drawback is that the shutters on the windows don’t close properly so they do let in a tiny bit of light when the sun comes up. Everything else was perfect though!

The room was lovely and clean and so much bigger than we expected! Loved the Nordic decor and the bed was large and comfortable. The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk from the train station and also a short 10 min walk from a beautiful palace and gardens. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is near a busy road but you cannot hear much noise once inside the room so it was fine and did not disturb us. The checkin process was also very seamless and easy. There is also a large TV you can watch Netflix on and an iPad which plays music throughout the room which was really cool. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

Most of the storage space in our room was locked. We still had enough space left though to leave our stuff. Room (Miami Vice) is next to a busy road, we are not easily disturbed by traffic noise but if you are, better to take a room on the other side.

Very nice room. Great location, right next to the subway, park Schönbrunn and quite a few nice places for food / shopping. Our stay in Vienna was part of a much longer road trip so we had a few specific needs that were all catered for by the owner, who was really friendly and available.
