The neighbors in the opposite building were very noisy and playing loud music in the terrace all day long even in the night! It was disgusting especially with a baby. It was like this for all of our stay (4 nights) No air conditioning The room service was bad. Never washed the toilet nor cleaned the floor of the apartment! Only tiding the bed sheets and refilling the coffee capsule

you have to go to another building which is about 5 mins away to get the key card. this is a hassle as you arent informed of it unless you read the whole booking info. its terrible inconvenient when you arrive after a long journey .

The reception in different place, I could suggest to fix a board at the entrance for who coming to check in, showing the location of the reception to collect the keys. The registration of all family members take time, it can be done online earlier by the customers. In general the stay was awesome.

The hospitality was nice, all facilities designed for Arabs, I recommend it strongly.

I did not like the cleanliness of the kitchen, as there were a number of cooking appliances that were bad and unhealthy for cooking, and also the sleeping bed had blood stains, and the sheets were not replaced during my stay, even though they put a high amount of cleanliness and the bathroom shower was broken and was not repaired despite my informing them

the sofa bed isn’t the comfiest but the other beds were fine. there’s a promise of fresh bread rolls each day but we didn’t get them on the last day. (they are lovely and fresh when you do get them - the bakery drops them off at your door at about 6am) it’s not the best location - overlooks an industrial estate and is a bit of a trek into town or nearest ski lift. expect to drive.

Location a bit tricky to get to, due to some construction work of which Google Maps was not aware; a bit of detour made it. What I felt very dissapointed with, was the cancelation policy (I booked 3 appartments, and unfortunately some of my party could not make it due to health reasons; I didn 't need the 3rd appartment any more, so I tried to cancel it or reschedule it for summer time; cancelation free of charge was impossible, and for rebooking I was offered a ridiculously high price, so I rather preferred to accept the loss of ~900EUR. This left a very bitter taste to an otherwise wonderful staying..)

Good location, at 10min wak to ski gondola, and 5min to shopping areas. Excellent accommodation, modern, nice and quiet. Cleaned daily. Parking both în front of the building, and underground. Ski room easily accessible from the underground parking (remind to use you key card). Late arrival, so staff arranged for us to pick up the keys from nearby hotel (Elements Resorts). Nicely they offered to deliver fresh bread in the morning, complementary.

Fire alarm turns on pretty easily and they charge you 100€ for very slow intervention of their person who comes and turns it off - extremely sensitive alarm - got turned on because of cooking; terrible smell from the bathroom located on a ground floor + doors of the bathroom don’t close fully which made it so hard to keep the smell tolerable in the apartment; TV in the apartment at the first floor was not working properly - the screen was broken which hasn’t been specified to us before we noticed it ourselves upon arrival + nothing has been done upon notifying the personnel except for we are sorry to hear that message;

It was possible to check in only after 16:00, it’s too late. When people drive for short holiday, it’s not the best option, nobody want waste the time.

Everything was amazing, nice apartment with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We had also a garden with nice view. Summer Cards was included. I can only high recommend this place.
