Alex - the host took great care of us. First he met us upon arrival. Then one mobilephone was left behind on the morning of our departure, we did not realise this until we were at Vienna Central Station. Alex come in 20 minutes to open the door for us to collect the mobile phone. It was so very early in the morning.. Thank you so much Alex ... :)

For people sensible to light in the morning, it is good to take something to cover the eyes (the curtains do not keep the light away much and it quickly get bright) I found the pillow too big but there was smaller alternative pillow in the wardrobe which did the job well. The flat was a bit too warm at the beginning but we could adjust the heating so this was great.

The host met us upon arrival and handed over the key to us. She was very nice and welcoming. The flat is really really close to the train station and that's great if you carry luggage and to be able to leave the flat until the last minute to get your train! There is everything you need in the kitchen to cook something. The flat was quiet and we slept well.

Our host was really wonderful, we had a little trouble finding a place to park which made us a little late but he had no problem waiting. The apartment is really beautiful, spacious, furnished with quality furniture. Tram is right across the street, U-bahn a few minutes walk. We had a great time.

Very friendly person hands us the keys. The lochation is perfect, if you travel by train (5min from train station). It was comfy and we hat enough space for 4.

Alex, the host, was great! He was waiting for us to hand the key at the apartment when we arrived. He was prompt in his replies and action whenever we requested on anything. The apartment is right next to the main train station; however, the neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe.

It's a very nice apartment with everything one needs, good storage to unpack, comfortable living room. It's nice to have a washing machine. We have stayed in this apartment a few times and would stay there again.

Very clean, well equipped flat, conveniently close to the main train station. This flat is not directly in the historic city centre, but it very easy to walk there or to take public transport.

Great location for visiting Vienna. Alex is a very helpful host, he met us to give us the key and show us the apartment. Apartment was clean and very functional, the location is just off the main train station, a walking distance. Communication was prompt. We will definitely consider next time when visiting Vienna.

airconditoning is not enough for the bedroom. Only enough for the sitting room.

Comfortable, Clean and large apartment, modern building near the Vienna Main Train Station, within 10 mins walk. The lady is very helpful, teach us how to use the stove, washing machine, dish washing machine and help storage our luggage. Easy check in and check out here.

We loved everything 💜 Alex was wounderful we booked a shuttle and he came showed us the house. The place is in perfect condition. Very warm the kitchen is well equipped the bed is comfortable the balcony is great coz it has window seal great for kids and for less cold 🥶 . The place is right infront of the train and tram station with lots of shops and food. There is a garden in the building with toys and sand boxes for kids. 5min away there is a huge playground, it's perfect for families.

The location was great, just at the Hauptbahnhof which has a shopping centre attached to it. The host Alex was very friendly. The apartment was big, clean and warm and exceptionally decorated. There was even a Christmas tree!
