Amazing apartment with bird's eye view of Vienna. It has a really high end finish, fabulous kitchen but still manages to feel homely. Wilfried provided a warm welcome and showed us the ropes.

All the rooms had some black hair on furniture and on the floor, maybe human, maybe animal, not very pleasant, otherwise clean. Property rules state: "This property accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, EC-Card" and "Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.", however we were charged ~50EUR more because I had a credit-card not debit card (it was Mastercard Gold credit, so not something shady). City skyline was superb from the 9th floor, however if you look down on the street you see train station (also a beautiful building), which seemed to be the only place we saw in all Vienna where drug addicts and drunk people (~20 of them, 24/7) were sleeping/fighting/basically living. Although, they didn't seem to care about other people.

View was great. Saunas was nice and clean. Hosts attitude was great, travelled with a baby and got some extras to make our stay nicer. Also agreed upon checking in a little bit earlier. There was air purifier. Host responded to all inquires within minutes. Good transport connection, and within walking distance to the center. Grocery store within 1min walk.

A proper AC is a must, especially in hot days. Not just a european watercooler. At least, people from North America prefer that.

Amazing place to stay. Well stocked and beautiful views. Close to train station, grocery shops, and markets. Within 15 mins, you can be in the center. Great views. Hosts are amazing people and communicated well. 10/10 ratings.

As the sun appears in the morning, it becomes more stifling.

Wonderful view. Very polite and helpful administrator. Welcome, drink. ;) kitchen, bath gas, everything. TV with Netflix and YouTube. U Bahn, tram, westbahnhof (transfer to airport) all around. Market 1 min walk.

The neighborhood is not amazing, but we didn't have anything unpleasant, actually people were very helpful in getting around, and its less than one minute walk and you are on a tram to wherever you want to be in- so for us it was no big deal. The building is very high so everything is rather quiet but you can hear ambulances from a distance and such from time to time - really no big deal at all! This place is perfect and amazing value for money. best place that I've been to on booking and I'm not exaggerating.

WOW what to begin with?! First of all the place is SUPER high-end - amazing facilities, the sauna was surreal, the kitchen had EVERYTHING, the beds were large, amazing and super comfortable (even the sofa bed), the coffee machine (MY GOD THE COFFEE!!), the super fluffy robes, the complementary alcohol, the elevator, the huge bathtub that I didn't notice in the pictures- everything was designed for comfort. The location is perfect especially if you can't walk a lot (like for us with kids) it is very central for transportation and its just a few stops to the old city center. There is a supermarket right on the corner. And of course Wilifried was so welcoming, he met us at 1 AM after our flight was delayed and was very gracious! We also accidently broke something expensive and he was very understanding and did not charge us extra - we recommend highly!!!

If there was a option to install hose water at toilet it would be more convenient. I notice there no draining hole in bathroom, when we try to clean it. There's no bottled still water only sprinkled. We bought for ourselves but it would be nice just to have at least one already.
