Unfortunately my room only comes with an oven. I think it would be wise to also provide a microwave as well or have a microwave in the lounge area. Also would be great to have the possibility to ask for new towels.

I love that it is apartment style accommodation so I could easily make my own food and feel right at home.

The elevator did not work for a few times during my 6-day stay.

Nice location. Very close to the tram and U1 stations. It takes 10 minutes to arrive at the city center (Stephenplatz, Karlplatz). Clean, quiet, and comfortable room.

The double bed consisted of 2 single beds splitting during the night, not comfortable and pleasant for a couple.

Some kind of smell in the kitchen or in the bathrooms. We couldn't really figure out what caused it. It was not terrible but still it was uncomfortable.

One singular check in terminal that made me wait 30 minutes until the guest before me finished his check in which was supposed to take a couple of minutes. The owners should assign someone to watch over there and either help a challenged guest with their check in's or request them to move aside so others can check in instead of waiting half an hour.The cattle inside the kitchen isn't working, been reported to the host let's hope it is fixed for the next guest (apartment 21) , the apartment ad pics shows there is a microwave, well in fact there isn't. Nothing really smart about the apartment aside from the self check-in terminal.

There were no extra bed sheets for sofa, so we couldn't arrange sleeping place for our son. There were also no clothes hanger in the wardrobe, which is very small though. The TV remote control was not working.

The property is really value for money. Room is quite big and comfortable, kitchenette available, separated bathroom and toilet, all was clean and tidy. Location is not center but good connection by tram or subway - stops around 5 mins away.

Broken bar stool, no shower gel, no microwave and the most important: kitchen and bathroom not cleaned properly. My message regarding all of the above was ignored for over 24 hours,

There was nothing I would dislike - the property met my expectations.

The rooms are clean and techy, there are all the included facilities to use, just what everyone needs to enjoy the stay. As can be told by the property name, the apartments are equipped with smart technology (when opening the door with the key card). I'd recommend this property for the future guests. :)

Good value for the money. The entire process of checking in and out is automated, so you never interact with any people. As long as you are comfortable with such an arrangement then this place would work well for you.

All the lights in the appartement are connected to one switch so if you want to do something in the kitchen by turning on light in the kitchen you also turn on the light in bedroom.

As we entered the flat, there was a dirty sofa and floor, but it was cleaned by the staff after a call. Sofa was also a little bit smelly on one half. Some of the cups and dishes were dirty, so you need to wash them at first. One towel holder in bathroom was wrong attached so it was not fully useful. There was also a wrong TV remote (not to this TV). Internet connection war very slow, even YouTube on TV was loading slowly in low quality.

Good localization, not far from underground station, so you can reach downtown very quick. Good place to stay for short and for longer. You can check-in and -out at any part of the day, because there is an electronic self check-in just by entrance. Entering the building for the first time require a valid pay/credit card to scan by the door. Room is perfect for 2 persons but also big enough for 3. There was a Smart TV connected to internet. Kitchen was fully equipped. Breakfast was tasty with warm rolls.

It was an awesome stay. Calm and quiet neighborhood. Trum, subway and bus were in close distance. Lots of eateries near by.

Very close walk to metro. Good sized apartment with the basics supplied. Easy check in and out. Good location if wanting a quiet spot, but still close to the old town.

The shower was clogged so every time we shower the bathroom got flooded.

The room was very clean and it had a big tv screen, microwave and a fridge which made the stay more enjoyable. Also, even though it was 20 minutes away from the city centre by metro, it had one station right around the corner.
