Smart Liv'In is offering perfect solution for a pause during a long trip or even to spend couple of days in Vienna vicinity for visiting or even for business purpose. It is 2 minutes from the highway. It is very clean, extremely simple and well organized, new furniture and gear with all what you need. Big advantage is that you can check in even late night hours and inside you have access to drinks, snacks , coffee and a quiet and modern environment. Table Wines and house-made products are also part of offer. Congrats for the business model and the way was implemented !

Easy access by car next to A1 highway, quiet surroundings, huge parking. Very easy method of self check-in. Rooms were spacious and very clean, breakfast had great variety.

i personally didn't like the lock on the door as there is no latch so an U5 child (we have one of those) can easily open from the inside and this doesn't feel safe at all

Modern, well equipped and clean location. The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent. I also recommend trying the local wine, which can be bought from the reception area.

Easy check in, the room was spotlessly clean, quiet, amazing shower with lovely products, all under ten minutes from the autobahn for overnight stays. I would definitely stay here again to break up a long journey. Thanks.

Nothing to beef about. Of course one should be aware that this is a hotel off the motorway and not a 5 star hotel in a city or holiday resort. So the above opinion is compared to this type and similar hotels.

This is a hotel just off the Motorway, so very handy for those who are just making a stopover for a night. For this purpose this hotel is more than suitable. Extremely clean and well-equipped, mosquito net on the windows, possibility to sit out in the "garden". The room was spacious enough, absolutely clean and we had all we needed for a sleep over. The bathroom was also clean and toiletry provided. The staff was really helpful, on arrival the lady helped with self-check in. Parking is free and enough. So absolutely nothing to complain about. Will stay again if in this direction.

There was a full American soccer team who came by bus staying in the hotel same night, so they were virtually everywhere. The night was still quite though.

The room was pretty dark and there was not enough lighting. The air condition did not cool the room enough and the breakfast was a bit dull.

We visited St. Pölten and decided to stay in this hotel. St. Pölten city center is reachable within 15min with a car. Big parking lot, comfortable and very big rooms. Amazing breakfast. The hotel exceeded our expectations and is great value for money.
