I reserved the room for one week and no cleaning happened during this time, I was not sure if I must request cleaning or if they were doing this at least once during this time. But, I had to leave the place early in the morning and come back late at night and could not talk to the staff. But it would be better if they provided some cleaning.

The room had everything and the location was great. Wifi was good enough for me. There was enough space for working and the kitchen facility was good.

I wish I had received instructions prior to my arrival because the reception was closed and I didn't have the code. Only got in as someone got out and then only could access the machine to check-in...

Everything, will be back. Great location, only few meters from the metro station, so well connected with everything you need in town. Also the supermarket right in front of the hotel. Rooms are well equiped. We have enjoyed our stay here.

The late / auto check-in process. The instructions are sent via email but i there was no key card at the auto check in machine to complete the check-in procedure.

Right next to the train station with convenient access to Vienna city center. Studio room was very clean with a well-equipped kitchenette. I'm very happy with the stay, especially considering its affordable price.

The curtains appear slightly soiled, and their light color makes the dirt more apparent. Additionally, I noticed small holes in the bedsheet. The pillow feels underfilled, prompting me to fold it in half for better comfort while sleeping. On the ground floor, there's a laundry room with excellent equipment, but to use it, you'll need to download the Miele app and top up your account with 20 euros, even for a single wash and dry cycle

The location is perfect, offering great sound insulation in the room. Nearby, you'll find convenient access to a supermarket, metro station, and bike and kick-sharing services. Checking in and out is straightforward, making it an excellent choice for both relaxation and work. I found it ideal for evening work sessions and basking in the morning sunlight. Plus, the kitchenette comes fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and compact refrigerator. You can reach this spot from Vienna Airport via the S7 and U4 trains, which is a more economical option compared to the CAT train

We arrived late at night and had a little trouble getting in the entrance (which was opened by a guest who happened to be passing by).

Convenient amenities in the rooms (coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), close to the train station and supermarket, easy access to the city center, clean, and cheap!

It is really smart! The check-in process was easy and fast and without any problem just by some clicks on a touch screen! The room itself had everything you may need and also the wifi was fast!

The main problem during the stay was the ventilation. Although there was a sort of an AC where you should be able to control the temperature, not only it didn't work but when turned on it would instead heat up the room. When we talked to the reception person they recommended turning it off completely and ventilation through the window. Mind you, it's near a busy street, so keeping the window open at night was waaaay too noisy, so we had to cool the room as much as possible before going to bed and then shutting the window. Another small inconvenience was the TV, although it was in the room, there was no way to connect it to the internet, so no Netflix or other streaming services, only austrian TV programs.

The room had everything essential for a comfortable stay, slightly on a smaller side but still comfortable for two people. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean. But the best thing about the room was the location. Although it's quite a bit away from the city center, it pretty much stands on top of the metro station and has multiple bus and tram stops within 5 minutes of walking. It had multiple supermarkets around it with was also very convenient.

One of the cleanest Hotel rooms I have lodged... Clean and cool, the facilty had all cooking and kitchen appliances... Will definitely use them again if the opportunity arise.
