For arrivals late in the evening it may be a bit difficult to get to see the area as it is very dark without street lights.

Somebody woke us up just before midnight, claiming that they booked the same room. Overbooking case ? Because there is no staff on the location, it took them a while to contact the manager, so there was a noise in the corridor for a while after midnight.

Everything was just right. We loved staying here.

We stayed with Oliver for overnight stays in two locations. This, one room accommodation and later one of his apartments. Both are fine for an overnight stay or longer. Both have good facilities, all you would require. If you come by car you can park free of charge right next to the accommodation or nearby. These are very well maintained, modern accommodations, the facilities are excellent, the spaces scrupulously clean and comfortable. You need have no worries in booking either. The apartment option is particularly wonderful.

The overwhelming smell of cigarettes in the room.

The room was good size and the bed as well. It seemed clean enough, except for the overwhelming smell of cigarettes in the room that we couldn't get rid of even with opening the windows. The location is too far from the center to walk, one must rely on the local train that runs approx. every 30min. The train station is close.

Great contact with the host. Self check-in with clear instructions on how to do it. We traveled by bicycles and the property provided us with a secure, dedicated bike storage area (the best of our entire trip!). The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We received coffee and tea. It was great, we highly recommend it! :)
