The toilet door is slightly see through but you get used to it.

perfect clean and modern apartments, well equipped - coffee machine, air conditioning, fridge, dish washer etc. Interior design is awesome! Very professional and helpful administrator always ready to help! Perfect communication, the host answers all the requests very fast and reachable even on weekend . Check in super easy with the personal code they send on the day of arrival. Will definitely book again

Additional room with separate entrance probably on the place of former cellar. There was the smell which is typical for cellars. But it can be improved via open door after certain time.

Confusing check in, broken web checkin, have to work outside Booking (which is intended to streamline) so a waste of my time, even getting into the room was easily confusing as there is a one time activation code before the entrance code. Also I asked if I can extend a few hours to be able to shower and change after the half marathon. No problem if you pay... Nickel and dime me more. I paid for 187, yet the final cost was somehow just over 200. Asked why, no answer. I wouldn't come here again.

- Everything was paid from before and you wouldn't get the door code unless you check in through their website by filling in all your information including a credit card. It was uncomfortable as I suppose they have it already from booking and I booked through here and not their website. - At night we realized that the frosted glass door in the toilet was rather see through. Was ok because we were family, but you somehow feel observed from the other side.

The apartment was wonderful, cozy and very clean. Location was also very good. The beds were also very comfortable.

Overcomplicated check in process and double registration in fact. No trust and credit towards guests, credit card details requested before you get your code to get in. Well filled up kitchen, but I did not find prices of the items ( coffe, wine ) if it was complementary then I missed the chance. The front door lock did not work at the time of our stay, unpleasent smell of the room naphthalene like in the room...the bike storage rack need to be fixed , screws are not keeping the structure (out of the ground ), unsafe feeling since you lock the bike to a movable object, but city is itself is safe feel like anyway.

Stylish city appertment. Quiet spot but walking - biking distance to Krems downtown. Very clean, modern design, new furnitures and user friendly room. Spacious bathhroom ! Loved it. Good location if you bike towards Dürnstein / Spitz / Melk. Parking is free for 3 hours - by far enough to load in the bags. After nearby street little bit uphill. ( Some unfriendly notice on windcreen about reporting the car for taking some residential place - no pre indication of this ) Well equpied kitchen. Entry codes are not complicated once received.

The information on the apartment in the booking.com website was in-correct. we booked an apartment with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathroom but found that 1 double room and a bathroom was missing. Fortunately we could get hold of the operating company who managed to arrange another apartment for the 3rd couple in a village 5-7km away.

Nice modern design of the rooms and apartment in an old building close to town center. In our case we even had a private car park right in front of the apartment.

I have neved get answer to any of my messages. Nobody came to clean (as promised). Dishwasher was going nonstop and then not at all and nobody helped us. Parking was often occupied by the cleaners so I had to park on the street - got a parking ticket - nobody answered my questions about... To sum it up: great location, horrible service - go there but stay somewhere else.

The location is great and the town is really nice :)
