There was not much hot water for showering in the evening for us. In the morning it was fine.

One of us had a problem climbing stairs (owing to a knee condition), and it was difficult for us to carry our suitcases up the stairs, but thankfully ours was on the 2nd level and we just climbed one flight of stairs. But then, I wouldn't change anything as it is part of the charm. The building has a certain character we liked, and climbing the stairs completed that experience. So, I would pack less and travel light :)

We were told we could drop off our bags if we arrived before the check-in time. But we were pleased that we were allowed to check in 2 hours early as the room was ready

I highly recommend you choose Smile Apartment when you visit Krems. It is very convenient and the room is great. The staff is very helpful and supports me to drop luggage earlier.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was great.

The apartment was beautiful and big. It had everything in that we needed during our stay. Also had access to Netflix, prime etc. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was done out lovely. We had plenty of space. The people who ran it were amazing. The location is perfect in the centre of krems. Smile apartments also offer free parking which is just a 2 min walk from the apartment. Would 1000% come back.

Wonderful! It is located on Dreifaltigkeitsplatz, a pretty, quiet little square just a block from the main pedestrian street. The apartment was very spacious and well-arranged and well-equipped.

We had to check in in Internet by sending personal information and even a phoyo of tve driving licence. For us, this woukd have been ok, if rhe info request would have been in English. But it was in German. With good luck, we guessed what eas required to be let in ! If I have used the booking.com service in English, then the self service hotel must send any questions in the same language. For some less vivid customers, this process could cause pure panic.

The air conditioner is only in the living room but not in the bedroom so it gets too hot

It's clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking is available close by. Very comfortable bed and Very good water pressure.

Excellent location on the town square and adjacent to the main town pedestrian street. Market outside on Fridays. We had an apartment for four that was spacious and newly fitted out. Good facilities such as washroom available. Very good value for money

Glass wall in front of the toilet, shower facing the bed. It's probably better for couples, than for a friend group. Very hard pillows!

The apartment was in an old building, but that didn't matter, in fact it was rather quaint.

Check-in was by code, not at the entrance door as I expected but at the apartment keypad itself. All OK.

Photos didn't meet expectations. No Kitchen. Furniture looked good but was impractical. . Access difficult. Could have better communication in English about accessing the room. Used to room numbers not door numbers.
