When we arrived, we were wonderfully received by Alexander who explained everything to us. I have to say that all the communication before and throughout the stay was remarkable. The apartment is lovely decorated and equipped and has all the comfort, facilities and amenities we need. The location is also great, just 3 minutes by walking from the bus station and from the supermarket and it is in a quiet and residential area. In the surroundings we also found several good restaurants and cafés. Various amenities were always replenished during our stay, such as toilet paper and chocolate candies. Since we went on New Year's Eve, we were kindly surprised with a bottle of champagne on the 31st, not forgetting the welcome wine, chocolates and coffee which was also wonderful. I couldn't have chosen better!! We will return, without any doubt!! We still have a lot to see and do in Viena, so beautiful city!! Dear Aleksandra & Alexander, again thank you so much for everything :) you are doing a great job, congratulations!!

Nice apartment 600 metres away from the Wien Mit mall and metro station. Quiet,cozy,very comfortable bed,nice furniture. We had everything we wanted at the kitchen,towels and a nice music stereo system. Alexander was really helpful and our stay was calm and convenient.

The location is great, the flat is super clean and the residence very quite. I really appreciated the welcoming of Alexandra. That is the first time in recent years that I have had the owner waiting for my check-in. That's a real plus. And I liked the tiny details (chocolates, etc). Not to mention that she was also comunicating well via whatsapp to make sur that everything was alright during my stay.

Our hosts, Alexandra and Alexander provided a wonderful apartment that felt very comfortable. It had a well-stocked kitchen and a lovely balcony for morning coffee. The location was close to a U-Bahn station that we took into the old city part of Vienna and close to many dining options. We very much enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at the apartment for 4 nights, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The house itself is super nice, it has all the tools you may possibly need (stereo, dishwasher and kitchen tools included), and even though I didn't use it, you also can benefit from the laundry room. All the soaps and detergents are given to you by the owners, so you don't need to bother buying them yourself (except for the hair conditioner, as in many other places). The apartment is super clean and silent too, the patio overlooks a really cute internal playground for children (nevertheless I never saw anyone there, so again, no noises at all) and the natural lighting is delightful. Personally I found the location to be amazingly strategic, very close to the city center (I'm a fast walker and it only took me around 12 minutes to get to the historical center) but in the very proximity of the apartment there are tram stops and an important metro station that allow you to get anywhere in Vienna - also the S7 train of the metro and the CAT which lead to and from the airport arrive here, at the Wien Mitte/Landstraße station. Moreover a lot of nice spots to have breakfast and dinner (or supermarkets as well) can be found nearby. In addition I want to add that for me this was the first solo trip, and as a 23-year-old girl I must say I always felt safe in Vienna in general, but also in the neighborhood of the apartment, even when alone at night. Furthermore, on the day in which I left the apartment the owners were very kind and let me stay even after 11.30, because the cleaning was scheduled for the next day. Lastly, I wanna thank again Aleksandra for being so nice and also helping me out with useful info and links! I'll definitely come back here if I'll ever visit Vienna again!!

The location is very central, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance and appartment is ground floor. The bed was perfect. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. This is the perfect alternative for chain hotel.

The door locking system makes it too easy to have problems: the doors to the apartments have a fixed handle, so even if the door is unlocked it cannot be opened without a key from the outside, AND if you leave the key in the lock on the inside and accidentally close the door you won't be able to open the door from the outside at all (even if you have the other key - you get two keys). This has been explained to us on our first day, so no complaints there. It has added some stress to our vacation, but we thought we'd manage, and we did for 12 days of our two weeks stay. But then, each of us thinking that the other has the key and trying to balance a laundry bag, detergent, the (public) washing machine instructions and our phones, we ended up closing the door with one key available, but the other in the lock on the inside. Our hosts were very polite and prompt and provided us with a locksmith in record time, but we ended up being charged 110€ for the intervention (which was a slighly reduced fee, in fact). The locksmith simply removed the key from the inside (no cylinder change or damages). I feel that there are many solutions to this problem, that would not make it a gamble for guests, the simplest one being to simply install regular handles on the outside of the guest rooms as well. Then there are keycards, cylinder locks that unlock even with the key inside, etc. I do understand that LOSING the key may incur extra costs, but this is the first time I've had to be careful about not leaving a key in the lock inside with an unlocked door at any accomodation I've used, and I've been all over Europe, and lost count of how many times I've stayed in Vienna in different places. Again, it's a fantastic place to stay, just make sure you budget an extra 150€ just in case you forget to always take the key out. You might forget, or you may not, it's a gamble.

The apartment was excellently located (1m walk to Hundertwasserhaus and about 10m from the house Wittgenstein designed for his sister), close to the Landstraße metro station and tram no. 1. It was impeccably clean, warm, and quiet, and had a lovely little balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, where coffee can be had on sunny days. The hosts were very nice and quick to react to any issues.
