Internet in the accommodation is very bad. Most of the time it was not there or appeared with a very weak signal and disappeared after a few seconds.

The accommodation is quite good. You have almost everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom spacious. I like the idea of entering the accommodation via a code. The breakfast was very good.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and pleasant. The children's play area was a pleasant surprise. Great accessibility to the center (bus and tram stop right in front of the accommodation). A short walk to Schönbrunn.

The main downside is that we had to change several public transport lines to reach the city center. However, considering that the transportation in Vienna is exellently organized it wasn't significant issue at all. Another downside is the street noise, but since we were there during a colder period we prefered to keep windows closed overnight and noise didn't bother us either.

The accomodation is truly excellent, with planty of light and exceptionally clean. The beds and bedding are comfortable, and when we arrived even the sofa bed in the living room was prepared for sleeping. A big advantage is that there is a garage underneath the building (the price is around 40 euros for 24 hours).

The parking fee was a high(39 euros/ Day), but it was optional, we just parked somewhere else.

As we travelled with 2 lottle kids (10months and 4 years old) I would tell: would like if U-Bahn was a little bit closer to the location and that we didn't have to change many U-Bahn lines to reach some of the top destinations. But if I travelled just with grown ups, this wouldn't bother me.

Kids club they have - our girl was there every morning and evening (before we go out of the hotel and after we get back to it).

Lack of restaurants in the area. There aren’t many shops. A bit far from the attractions but with good connections.

You have all the facilities for a pleasant stay, the playground is a big plus if you travel with children, bus station in front of the hotel.

Wi-fi is very poor and even when it shows the full signal, there is no connection. The nearest shop is 10 minutes away.

In your room was poor internet connection.

Very beautiful rooms, include all you need for vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The service on the reception was wonderful. Good restaurant in the building (pizza recommended!). The tram station close to entrance, metro and train 7-10 minutes.

I don't think there was anything not to like. It would be in plus if they add a stool for kids to reach washbasin and maybe a couple of tea bags. Nothing else was missing for us.

Quality, cleanliness, comfort, automated check-in, kids play room, easy and quick access from Autobahn, coffee machine and capsules. It is really a great place to stay with kids, it has almost everything you need.

There was no functional Wi-fi- despite imputing password a connection was possible only in the reception area. The staff was trying to solve it though not succeed in it.

The location of the site is in district 12 which is in the middle of nothing. To go to district 1 where the thoroughfare is or anywhere else in Vienna, you need to take a bus and a minimal of 2 subway lines -- which takes at least 40 to 45 minutes one way if you are familiar with the subways. horrors! There is supposed to be a direct bus from the location to district 1 which would make this place perfect except the busline is currently disrupted and will only be up again hopefully by end 2024.
